【摘要】：隨著高新科學(xué)技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的發(fā)展,國際設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)的不斷引進(jìn),農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)的研發(fā)能力越來越被市場所重視。企業(yè)只有不斷的進(jìn)行科技創(chuàng)新,才可以提高自己的核心競爭力,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。近些年,國內(nèi)越來越多的企業(yè)由原來的引進(jìn)國外的技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品逐漸走向了自主研發(fā)。但是,目前傳統(tǒng)的研發(fā)項目管理已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展的需求,亟待建立一種以市場為導(dǎo)向,高效率、高收益的研發(fā)項目管理模式,從而降低研發(fā)成本的投入,縮短研發(fā)周期,提高新產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,提升客戶的滿意程度。本文以華農(nóng)公司研發(fā)項目管理體系為研究對象,通過對華農(nóng)公司的研發(fā)項目管理存在問題的分析,利用“集成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)(Integrated Product Development,IPD)”的管理方法,對華農(nóng)公司的研發(fā)管理流程和研發(fā)項目組組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計。首先,本文系統(tǒng)的闡述了華農(nóng)公司當(dāng)前研發(fā)管理體系的現(xiàn)狀。結(jié)合研發(fā)管理理論成果,通過對華農(nóng)公司研發(fā)項目管理體系的系統(tǒng)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)華農(nóng)存在著研發(fā)流程不健全,和組織結(jié)構(gòu)不完善的問題。研發(fā)周期、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和研發(fā)成本都處在失控狀態(tài),產(chǎn)品上市的成功率非常低。研發(fā)事業(yè)部不但沒有及時為公司帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,反而給公司財務(wù)帶來了嚴(yán)重的負(fù)擔(dān)。其次,針對華農(nóng)研發(fā)項目管理體系中存在的研發(fā)流程和組織結(jié)構(gòu)的問題,本文通過應(yīng)用集成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理(IPD)方法,對華農(nóng)公司研發(fā)管理體系中的研發(fā)流程和組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計。建立全流程、全要素的研發(fā)流程和健全的組織結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)對復(fù)雜的研發(fā)項目。最后,通過對優(yōu)化后的華農(nóng)研發(fā)管理體系進(jìn)行分析,證明在應(yīng)用IPD方法后,華農(nóng)公司的研發(fā)周期、研發(fā)成本、研發(fā)成功率較之前都有了顯著的改善。本文的研究結(jié)果,有助于為華農(nóng)公司研發(fā)項目管理體系提出有意義的解決方案和指導(dǎo),有利于華農(nóng)研發(fā)項目管理水平的提高和改善。
[Abstract]:With the development of high and new science and technology in agricultural production and the continuous introduction of international facilities and agriculture, the research and development ability of the products and technologies of agricultural enterprises is becoming more and more important in the market. Only by continuous scientific and technological innovation, enterprises can improve their core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. In recent years, more and more enterprises in China have been able to achieve sustainable development. However, the traditional R & D project management has been unable to meet the needs of the development of the enterprise, and it is urgent to establish a model of R & D project management based on the market oriented, high efficiency and high yield, thus reducing the investment of R & D cost, shortening the R & D cycle and improving the new production. Based on the analysis of the problems in the management of the R & D project management of the Chinese agricultural company and the management method of "Integrated Product Development (IPD)", the research and development management process and research and development project of the Chinese agricultural company are carried out in this paper. First, this paper systematically expounds the current situation of the research and development management system of agricultural company. Combining with the achievements of R & D management theory, through the systematic analysis of the management system of the research and development project of the Chinese agricultural company, it is found that there is a problem of imperfect R & D process and imperfect structure of the organization structure. Both the quality and the R & D cost are in a state of control, the success rate of the product listing is very low. The R & D department not only does not bring economic benefits to the company in time, but has brought serious financial burden to the company. Secondly, this paper aims at the problems of R & D flow and organization structure in the management system of agricultural research and development project in China, through the application set. The product development management (IPD) method is used to optimize the R & D process and organization structure in the research and development management system of the Chinese agricultural company. The whole process, the whole factor R & D process and the sound organizational structure should be used to deal with the complex R & D projects. Finally, the application of the IPD method is proved through the analysis of the optimized management system of agricultural research and development. After that, the R & D cycle, R & D cost and R & D success rate of the company have been improved significantly. The results of this paper will help to put forward some meaningful solutions and guidance for the project management system of the agricultural company, which is beneficial to the improvement and improvement of the management level of the research and development projects in China.
