【摘要】：論述主要分為三部分:一是分析我國加入WTO,在“后過渡期”內(nèi),我國在對外貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展特征,該部分主要著眼于國內(nèi)的角度;二是論述在國際貿(mào)易中,諸多因素的沖突、互動及對我國的影響,該部分主要著眼于國際視野;三是闡述在面臨國內(nèi)外新形式下,我國對外貿(mào)易法律制度需要進一步梳理和完善,以有利于我國對外貿(mào)易的進一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The thesis is divided into three parts: one is to analyze the characteristics of our country's development in the field of foreign trade in the "post-transitional period", which is mainly focused on the domestic perspective; the other is to discuss the conflicts of many factors in international trade. The interaction and its influence on our country are mainly focused on the international field of vision. The third part is to elaborate that the legal system of China's foreign trade needs to be further combed and perfected in the face of new forms at home and abroad in order to facilitate the further development of China's foreign trade.
