【摘要】：目前在大型軟件企業(yè)中,通常會有幾個大的軟件項目在同時進行。如何建立一個高效的軟件項目管理系統(tǒng)來對軟件生成過程和軟件質量進行管理和控制已經成為一個日益重要的任務[1]。隨著經濟的飛速發(fā)展,我國的科技水平得到了很大提高,這對軟件項目管理系統(tǒng)的建立來說具有重大的促進意義。科技成果已經逐漸被人們運用到各行各業(yè)中去,給企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶去了巨大便利,同時,社會對軟件項目的要求也越來越高,而軟件項目管理的研究工作就是為了將軟件項目進行優(yōu)化,促進軟件項目在時間、營運范圍、研發(fā)成本等方面的提高,從而更好地滿足市場的需求。盡管當前研究軟件項目的人越來越多,但是就當前的情況來看,軟件項目的研究成果并不理想,軟件危機一直在持續(xù),這對我國的科技發(fā)展來說有著極大的阻礙。本文主要從軟件項目管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的背景、意義、功能、設計等幾個方面進行論述,并詳細介紹軟件項目管理系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊,對軟件項目管理系統(tǒng)的任務管理、bug管理和用戶認證三個模塊的實現(xiàn)做了具體說明。進行軟件項目管理有利于將開發(fā)人員的個人能力轉化成企業(yè)的開發(fā)能力,企業(yè)的軟件開發(fā)能力越高,表明這個企業(yè)的軟件生產越趨向于成熟,企業(yè)越能穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,項目開發(fā)風險越小。在研究軟件管理項目時發(fā)現(xiàn),應該充分重視軟件管理項目的管理程序,應該將項目軟件平臺和項目管理理論相結合,只有這樣才能最大的提高工作效率。
[Abstract]:At present, in large software enterprises, there are usually several large software projects at the same time. How to establish an efficient software project management system to manage and control the software generation process and software quality has become an increasingly important task [1]. With the rapid development of economy, the level of science and technology in China has been greatly improved, which is of great significance to the establishment of software project management system. Scientific and technological achievements have been gradually applied to all walks of life, bringing great convenience to the development of enterprises. At the same time, the social requirements for software projects are also becoming higher and higher. The research work of software project management is to optimize the software project, promote the software project in the time, operation scope, R & D costs and so on, so as to better meet the needs of the market. Although there are more and more people studying software projects at present, the research results of software projects are not ideal, and the software crisis is continuing, which is a great hindrance to the development of science and technology in our country. In this paper, the background, significance, function and design of the software project management system are discussed, and each function module of the software project management system is introduced in detail. The implementation of the three modules of task management bug management and user authentication in the software project management system is described in detail. The software project management is helpful to transform the personal ability of the developer into the development ability of the enterprise. The higher the software development ability of the enterprise is, the more mature the software production of the enterprise is, the more stable the enterprise can develop. The smaller the risk of project development. When we study the software management project, we find that we should pay more attention to the software management project management program, and we should combine the project software platform with the project management theory, only in this way can we improve the working efficiency.
