【摘要】：我國(guó)煙草行業(yè)近幾年發(fā)展迅速,特別是山東省煙草公司的發(fā)展也尤為迅速。可是山東省煙草公司通過(guò)人工進(jìn)行紙質(zhì)記錄的方式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)不斷提高的業(yè)務(wù)量。山東省煙草公司通過(guò)人工進(jìn)行紙質(zhì)記錄的方式需要大量的人力參與,而且不能保證數(shù)據(jù)的安全性。在數(shù)據(jù)檢索上效率低,工作量大,操作復(fù)雜。為適應(yīng)山東省煙草公司的發(fā)展,面對(duì)不斷增長(zhǎng)的業(yè)務(wù)量,有必要設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)山東省煙草公司資金賬戶及預(yù)算管理系統(tǒng)來(lái)使用計(jì)算機(jī)管理山東省煙草公司的資金賬戶及預(yù)算的所有流程。通過(guò)對(duì)已出現(xiàn)的類(lèi)似系統(tǒng)使用的技術(shù)以及當(dāng)今先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究分析之后,確定了本系統(tǒng)使用的相關(guān)技術(shù)。其中架構(gòu)技術(shù)使用的是B/S架構(gòu),通過(guò)B/S架構(gòu)運(yùn)行在J2EE平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。該系統(tǒng)使用的設(shè)計(jì)模式是MVC模式,采用面向?qū)ο蟮膉ava語(yǔ)言以及struts、hibernate、spring等框架技術(shù)進(jìn)行代碼的編寫(xiě)。最后數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中字段的設(shè)計(jì)和表結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)SQL SERVER 2012實(shí)現(xiàn)。山東省煙草公司資金賬戶及預(yù)算管理系統(tǒng)的功能劃分為四部分,劃分的功能為賬戶管理、預(yù)算管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和系統(tǒng)管理。賬戶管理中有賬戶申辦、賬戶信息變更、賬戶狀態(tài)管理。預(yù)算管理中包括預(yù)算設(shè)置、預(yù)算登記、預(yù)算調(diào)整、預(yù)算進(jìn)度監(jiān)控、預(yù)算刪除、項(xiàng)目預(yù)算登記、項(xiàng)目預(yù)算審批、本年項(xiàng)目管理。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析中有賬戶統(tǒng)計(jì)和預(yù)算統(tǒng)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)管理主要是賬戶設(shè)置、人員管理、角色管理、崗位分配、單位管理、權(quán)限管理。山東省煙草公司資金賬戶及預(yù)算管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),會(huì)提高山東省工作人員的工作積極性,提高工作效率,保證資金賬戶及預(yù)算的安全性,為賬戶的申辦、審批、啟用和預(yù)算的登記、審批以及調(diào)整等工作提供方便,減少了信息的檢索時(shí)間,為山東省煙草公司資金賬戶及預(yù)算的信息化管理打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The tobacco industry in China has developed rapidly in recent years, especially in Shandong Province. However, Shandong Tobacco Company can not adapt to the increasing volume of business by manual paper recording. Shandong tobacco company needs a lot of manpower to record paper by hand, and it can not guarantee the safety of data. Low efficiency, heavy workload and complicated operation in data retrieval. In order to adapt to the development of Shandong tobacco company, facing the increasing business volume, It is necessary to design and implement a capital account and budget management system for Shandong Tobacco Company to use computers to manage all the processes of the capital account and budget of Shandong Tobacco Company. Based on the research and analysis of the techniques used in the similar systems and the advanced computer technologies, the related technologies used in this system are determined. The architecture technology uses the B / S architecture, which runs on J2EE platform through the B / S architecture. The design pattern of this system is MVC pattern. It uses the object-oriented java language and the framework technology such as strutsl hibernatespring to write the code. Finally, the design of the field and the design of the table structure in the database are realized by SQL server 2012. The functions of the capital account and budget management system of Shandong Tobacco Company are divided into four parts, including account management, budget management, statistical analysis and system management. Account management has account application, account information change, account status management. Budget management includes budget setup, budget registration, budget adjustment, budget schedule monitoring, budget deletion, project budget registration, project budget approval, and current year project management. There are account statistics and budget statistics in statistical analysis. System management is mainly account setting, personnel management, role management, post allocation, unit management, authority management. The design and implementation of the capital account and budget management system of Shandong Tobacco Company will improve the work enthusiasm of Shandong staff, improve work efficiency, ensure the security of the fund account and budget, and apply for and approve the account. It is convenient to register, approve and adjust the budget, reduce the time of information retrieval, and lay a solid foundation for the information management of the fund account and budget of Shandong tobacco company.
