【摘要】：通過調查及專家咨詢 ,對我國近年來田徑大賽中田賽管理裁判員的執(zhí)法水平作了初步的調查和評估。調查發(fā)現(xiàn) ,目前我國的田賽管理裁判在臨場裁判工作存在以下較突出的問題 :(1)對管理裁判工作的重要性認識不足 ;(2 )不熟悉本項目管理的基本方法 ;(3)管理工作能力較差 ,缺乏組織能力和協(xié)調能力。對此提出建議 :(1)提高田賽管理裁判員的素質 ;(2 )明確管理裁判員的具體職責 ,規(guī)范其工作程序 ;(3)處理好具體執(zhí)法中的工作細節(jié)問題。
[Abstract]:Through investigation and expert consultation, this paper makes a preliminary investigation and evaluation on the law enforcement level of the management referees of track and field competitions in China in recent years. The survey found that At present, the referee of field match management in our country has the following outstanding problems: 1) lack of understanding of the importance of managing referee work (2) not familiar with the basic method of this project management and / or 3) poor management ability. Lack of organizational and coordination skills. This paper puts forward some suggestions: 1) to improve the quality of the referees in the field competition management and 2) to make clear the specific duties and responsibilities of the management referees, and to standardize their working procedures. 3) to deal with the details of the work in the specific law enforcement.
