【摘要】：CSSD設(shè)備供應(yīng)及安裝項(xiàng)目,是實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目需求下進(jìn)行的一項(xiàng)大型工程。工程成本、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量三個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理控制目標(biāo)中,進(jìn)度控制是重要內(nèi)容之一。本文以A公司的CSSD設(shè)備供應(yīng)及安裝為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了進(jìn)度管理的問(wèn)題分析,并提出了解決問(wèn)題的思路及建議,充分發(fā)揮項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制在解決項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作中各種具體問(wèn)題的作用,重點(diǎn)探討了如何制定并遵守計(jì)劃,并不斷監(jiān)督,必要時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的理論進(jìn)行綜述,分析了目前CSSD設(shè)備的供應(yīng)和安裝進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的方法以及局限,提出了基于CSSD設(shè)備供應(yīng)和安裝進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的研究框架。首先對(duì)CSSD設(shè)備供應(yīng)及安裝工程進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行工作任務(wù)分解,任務(wù)分配及進(jìn)行資源配置,運(yùn)用WBS(項(xiàng)目分解結(jié)構(gòu))以及項(xiàng)目前后關(guān)系,里程碑計(jì)劃,找出關(guān)鍵鏈,并且通過(guò)MS project編制進(jìn)度計(jì)劃甘特圖,并進(jìn)一步運(yùn)用進(jìn)度控制報(bào)表,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行控制,并及時(shí)糾偏,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)CSSD設(shè)備供應(yīng)和安裝進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:CSSD equipment supply and installation project is a large project under the actual project requirements. Schedule control is one of the important control objectives of project cost, schedule and quality. This paper takes CSSD equipment supply and installation of A Company as the research object, analyzes the characteristics of project schedule management, analyzes the problems of schedule management, and puts forward some ideas and suggestions to solve the problems. This paper gives full play to the role of project schedule control in solving various specific problems in project operation, and probes into how to make and abide by the plan, constantly supervise and adjust if necessary. This paper summarizes the theory of schedule planning, analyzes the methods and limitations of current CSSD equipment supply and installation schedule, and puts forward a research framework based on CSSD equipment supply and installation schedule. First of all, the CSSD equipment supply and installation progress plan is divided into tasks, task allocation and resource allocation, using WBS (Project decomposition structure) and the relationship between the project and the project, milestone planning, to find out the key chain, The Gantt chart of progress plan is compiled by MS project, and the progress control report is further used to control the progress of the project, and correct the deviation in time, so as to realize the goal of equipment supply and installation schedule control.
