【摘要】：隨著計算機技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,企業(yè)信息化已成為品牌實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)化發(fā)展和提高市場競爭力的重要保障。制造企業(yè)對信息化的需求也越來越迫切,涉及的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域也不斷擴大,隨著信息化不斷深入,對制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的要求越來越高。在汽車行業(yè),整車制造業(yè)務(wù)流程復(fù)雜,包含生產(chǎn)計劃與控制、設(shè)備管理、物料管理質(zhì)量管理等各個方面,業(yè)務(wù)管理的信息化是企業(yè)是否具備競爭力的關(guān)鍵。上海汽車集團股份有限公司(以下簡稱“上汽”)作為國內(nèi)最大的整車制造企業(yè)之一,對整車制造過程中的信息化的要求極高。本文通過研究企業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)集成標(biāo)準(zhǔn),了解制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)功能、數(shù)據(jù)建模及系統(tǒng)集成技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,深入了解上汽整車制造業(yè)務(wù)模式,分析業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,了解企業(yè)對制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求,為上汽設(shè)計一套符合業(yè)務(wù)需求的整車制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng),并在系統(tǒng)的項目實施過程中,通過運用項目管理理論與方法,管理制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)項目實施,明確項目實施的關(guān)節(jié)環(huán)節(jié)及主要工作。研究建立一套符合上汽整車制造業(yè)務(wù)的制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng),提高上汽整車制造業(yè)務(wù)的信息化程度及整體生產(chǎn)效率,進而提高企業(yè)的競爭力,對上汽具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。
[Abstract]:With the development and application of computer technology, network technology and communication technology, enterprise informatization has become an important guarantee for the sustainable development of brand and the improvement of market competitiveness. The demand of manufacturing enterprises for informatization is becoming more and more urgent, and the business fields involved are also expanding. With the deepening of informatization, the requirement of manufacturing execution system is becoming more and more high. In the automobile industry, the whole vehicle manufacturing business process is complex, including production planning and control, equipment management, material management and other aspects of quality management, business management information is the key to the competitiveness of enterprises. As one of the largest automobile manufacturing enterprises in China, Shanghai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SAIC) has very high requirements for the informationization of the whole vehicle manufacturing process. On the basis of researching the enterprise control system integration standard, understanding the function of manufacturing execution system, data modeling and system integration technology, this paper deeply understand the manufacturing business model of SAIC vehicle, and analyze the current situation of the business. To understand the business requirements of manufacturing execution system, to design a complete vehicle manufacturing execution system for SAIC, and to apply project management theory and method in the project implementation process of the system. Manage the implementation of manufacturing execution system project, define the joint and main work of project implementation. It is of great strategic significance for SAIC to study and establish a set of manufacturing execution system in line with SAIC's manufacturing business, to improve the informationization and overall production efficiency of SAIC's manufacturing business, and then to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
