【摘要】:ICT(Information and Communication Technology)是信息與通信技術相融合而構成的一個新的概念和技術領域,信息服務提供商和電信運營商對發(fā)展ICT業(yè)務已經達成了共識。在“向現(xiàn)代綜合信息服務提供商轉型”的戰(zhàn)略指導下,電信運營商作為中國最大的固網運營商,它已經通過ICT業(yè)務這把利器加速轉型進程,并且成功地推出了一系列ICT服務,有志在新的ICT領域創(chuàng)造出一片新的“藍海”。中國電信在2008年已經跨入轉型的第二個重要階段時期,這就意味著ICT業(yè)務也扮演了越來越重要的角色。中國電信是三大運營商之一,有著復雜的業(yè)務邏輯和客戶關系需要維護,為了能夠更好的加速轉型電信業(yè)務的發(fā)展,提供專業(yè)性的服務,因此如何科學合理的實現(xiàn)轉型系統(tǒng)支撐有很大的重要意義。在IP互聯(lián)網來臨的時代,仍然以傳統(tǒng)電信市場已不能使運營商得以安身立命。隨著企業(yè)用戶對IP,Vol P,VPN等技術的廣泛應用,已經慢慢讓大中型企業(yè)用戶對運營商的依賴日益減少,使得運營商有被“邊緣化”的危險。正因為如此,由傳統(tǒng)的服務角色向提供ICT的服務為主要目的和特色的綜合全面信息服務提供商轉型成為運營商轉變的主要目的。運營商進行這么大的轉型的真正原因是由于他們意識到了隨著互聯(lián)網時代的真正到來,簡單的依靠以往的語音及基礎業(yè)務接入收入將在未來的如此激烈的競爭環(huán)境中得以發(fā)展。正是在這個環(huán)境下,才得以醞釀出本課題需要研究的內容。本課題是以“通信運營商ICT系統(tǒng)”為基礎,以MVC框架為主導,通過從業(yè)務需求分析,系統(tǒng)設計,功能實現(xiàn)以及系統(tǒng)測試等方面分別對客戶管理、商機管理、項目管理、商務管理、收入管理、合作方管理、任務單管理等模塊分別進行詳細描述。最后在系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)之后,可以更好的為運營商ICT業(yè)務提供服務,減少成本,提高工作效率等重大意義。
[Abstract]:ICT(Information and Communication Technology) is a new concept and technology field formed by the integration of information and communication technology. Information service providers and telecom operators have reached a consensus on the development of ICT services. Under the strategic guidance of "transforming to modern integrated information service providers", telecom operators, as the largest fixed network operators in China, have accelerated the process of transformation through ICT service, and successfully launched a series of ICT services. Aspire to create a new "blue sea" in the new ICT field. China Telecom has entered the second important stage of transformation in 2008, which means that ICT business has also played an increasingly important role. China Telecom is one of the three major operators, with complex business logic and customer relations to maintain, in order to better speed up the development of telecommunications services, to provide professional services, Therefore, how to scientifically and reasonably realize the support of the transition system has great significance. In the era of IP Internet, the traditional telecommunications market has not been able to enable operators to settle down. With the wide application of IP / Vol / PU VPN and other technologies, the users of large and medium-sized enterprises have gradually become less dependent on the operators, and the operators are in danger of being "marginalized". Because of this, the transformation from the traditional service role to the comprehensive information service provider with the main purpose and characteristics of providing ICT service becomes the main purpose of the operator transformation. The real reason for the operators to make such a big transformation is because they realize that with the advent of the Internet era, simply relying on the past voice and basic business access revenue will develop in such a fierce competitive environment in the future. It is in this environment that the content of this subject needs to be studied. This subject is based on "ICT system of communication operator", and takes the MVC framework as the leading part. Through the aspects of business requirement analysis, system design, function realization and system test, the paper respectively manages customer management, business opportunity management, project management, etc. Business management, revenue management, partner management, task management and other modules are described in detail. Finally, after the implementation of the system, it is of great significance to provide better service for the operator ICT service, reduce the cost and improve the work efficiency.
