萬(wàn)達(dá)公館工程中設(shè)計(jì)施工若干問(wèn)題的研究

【摘要】:目前國(guó)內(nèi)建筑向著越來(lái)越高的趨勢(shì)發(fā)展,而隨著人們生活質(zhì)量的提高,人們對(duì)房間的空間、舒適度有了更高的要求。一方面,地標(biāo)性的建筑需要建筑高度在城市中是首屈一指的;另一方面,大跨度的空間結(jié)構(gòu)會(huì)給人們帶來(lái)視覺(jué)上的空間體驗(yàn)。然而,建筑的高度與房間的大跨度對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)選型來(lái)說(shuō)有了更嚴(yán)格的要求,同時(shí),這種重大工程的施工,對(duì)于甲方在項(xiàng)目管理上又是前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。本文首先介紹了萬(wàn)達(dá)公館項(xiàng)目的基本情況,包括地質(zhì)、建筑、設(shè)計(jì)的概況;提出了該項(xiàng)目在施工過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題;并介紹了如此重大的工程涉及到的關(guān)于混凝土裂縫防治、超高泵送混凝土、附著式升降腳手架的應(yīng)用、建筑節(jié)能和新型GBF空心板應(yīng)用、建筑防水等施工新技術(shù),深入討論在協(xié)調(diào)施工過(guò)程中,摸索出的新的管理模式;考慮到地理?xiàng)l件與人文等多方面的因素,進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)選型,并使用PKPM、ETABS、 MIDAS/GEN對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能分析,論證了萬(wàn)達(dá)公館超高層純剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的可行性。提出了在施工管理方面既要做到宏觀(guān)上的把握,又要對(duì)細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行完善;重點(diǎn)論述了施工中大體積混凝土澆筑、蜂巢芯無(wú)梁樓蓋的使用、拼裝式人字地板應(yīng)用等關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題;并總結(jié)了重大工程建設(shè)過(guò)程中的項(xiàng)目管理措施。最后總結(jié)在完成重大工程組織管理工作后的研究成果。
[Abstract]:At present, the trend of domestic architecture is more and more high, and with the improvement of people's quality of life, people have higher requirements for room space and comfort. On the one hand, the landmarks need the height of the buildings to be the first in the city; on the other hand, the long-span spatial structure will bring people a visual space experience. However, the height of the building and the large span of the room have more stringent requirements for structural design and selection. At the same time, the construction of this kind of major project is an unprecedented challenge to the project management of Party A. This paper first introduces the basic situation of Wanda Gongguan project, including the general situation of geology, architecture and design, and puts forward the key and difficult problems in the construction process of the project. This paper also introduces some new construction technologies, such as prevention and cure of concrete cracks, super high pumping concrete, application of attached lifting scaffold, building energy saving, application of new GBF hollow slabs, building waterproofing and so on. This paper deeply discusses the new management mode in the process of coordinated construction, considering the factors of geography and humanity, carries out structural selection, and analyzes the seismic performance of the structure by using PKPM ETABS, MIDAS/GEN, etc. The feasibility of aseismic performance of the super-tall shear wall structure of Wanda Pavilion is demonstrated. In the aspect of construction management, it is not only necessary to grasp macroscopically, but also to perfect the details, the key problems such as mass concrete pouring in construction, the use of beeamless beamless floor with honeycomb core, the application of assembled herringbone flooring and so on are discussed. The project management measures in the process of major engineering construction are summarized. Finally, the research results after the completion of major engineering organization and management work are summarized.
