【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛,眾多工程項(xiàng)目開(kāi)工建設(shè),這些工程項(xiàng)目促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,帶來(lái)了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。但是,每個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目在建設(shè)過(guò)程中都面臨著一些共同的問(wèn)題,如部門之間的協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題、工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際進(jìn)展和工程項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)際進(jìn)展的把握程度問(wèn)題。為了幫助解決工程項(xiàng)目面臨的這些問(wèn)題,石家莊移動(dòng)公司開(kāi)發(fā)了工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。石家莊移動(dòng)公司工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)根據(jù)公司在工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)過(guò)程中遇到的實(shí)際問(wèn)題和工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)際建設(shè)步驟,總結(jié)出公司的實(shí)際需求,決定采用流行的B/S架構(gòu),采用struts、spring、hibernate技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)是比較新的SQL SERVER 2012。石家莊移動(dòng)公司工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的功能劃分為招投標(biāo)及合同評(píng)審、工程立項(xiàng)、工程施工、工程報(bào)竣、財(cái)務(wù)管理、數(shù)據(jù)查詢與統(tǒng)計(jì)六個(gè)模塊。其中,招投標(biāo)及合同評(píng)審有分為招投標(biāo)評(píng)審和合同評(píng)審;工程立項(xiàng)分為工程立項(xiàng)和材料審核兩大功能;工程施工分為程開(kāi)工,工程進(jìn)度,問(wèn)題處理,質(zhì)檢評(píng)議,工程完工五項(xiàng)功能;工程報(bào)竣分為料平衡,報(bào)竣狀態(tài),項(xiàng)目部審核,技術(shù)總監(jiān)室審核,工程出版五項(xiàng)功能;財(cái)務(wù)管理分為財(cái)務(wù)收款,財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)算,各類費(fèi)用管理三項(xiàng)功能;數(shù)據(jù)查詢與統(tǒng)計(jì)分為數(shù)據(jù)查詢、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)兩項(xiàng)主要功能。石家莊移動(dòng)公司的工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)根據(jù)公司的實(shí)際需求進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),希望該系統(tǒng)能夠真正有助于解決工程項(xiàng)目在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中的問(wèn)題,幫助公司對(duì)公程項(xiàng)目的管理更加便捷高效。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has taken off and many engineering projects have started construction. These projects have promoted the economic development and brought great economic benefits. However, each project is faced with some common problems in the construction process, such as the coordination between departments, the actual progress of the project and the degree to which the person in charge of the project grasps the actual progress of the project. To help solve these problems, Shijiazhuang Mobile has developed a project management system. The project management system of Shijiazhuang Mobile Company is based on the practical problems encountered in the construction process of the project and the actual construction steps of the project, summarizes the actual demand of the company, and decides to adopt the popular B / S structure. Using strutsspring hibernate technology to realize the system. The database used in the system is relatively new SQL SERVER 2012. The functions of Shijiazhuang Mobile Engineering Project Management system are divided into six modules: bidding and contract evaluation, project establishment, engineering construction, project completion, financial management, data query and statistics. Among them, bidding and contract evaluation are divided into bidding evaluation and contract evaluation; project establishment is divided into two functions: project establishment and material audit; project construction is divided into process start, project progress, problem handling, quality inspection and appraisal, Five functions of project completion, including material balance, completion status, project department audit, technical director office audit, project publishing, financial management, financial collection, financial settlement, and all kinds of expense management. Data query and statistics are divided into data query, data statistics two main functions. The project management system of Shijiazhuang Mobile Company is developed according to the actual demand of the company. It is hoped that the system can help solve the problems in the actual operation of the project and help the company to manage the public project more conveniently and efficiently.
