【摘要】：石科院刀片集群項(xiàng)目是中國(guó)石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科學(xué)研究院(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)石科院)在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,為了使得該院在高性能計(jì)算上的能力可以位居國(guó)內(nèi)同類(lèi)研究機(jī)構(gòu)的前列,同時(shí)也為了加快科研項(xiàng)目的研究速度,節(jié)約研發(fā)成本,從而使石科院乃至整個(gè)中石化的工程研發(fā)能力處于國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先地位而全新購(gòu)置的一套完整系統(tǒng)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)曙光信息產(chǎn)業(yè)公司的石科院刀片集群項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀的全面跟蹤調(diào)查和深入分析,找出在項(xiàng)目中制約其項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的問(wèn)題和內(nèi)在原因,提出建立適應(yīng)該公司的質(zhì)量管理體系的方案,促使項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理過(guò)程更加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化,從而可以提高整個(gè)企業(yè)的管理水平,同時(shí)提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的調(diào)查與分析。調(diào)查分析了曙光信息產(chǎn)業(yè)公司石科院刀片集群項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目范圍,在結(jié)合了公司以往項(xiàng)目資料和問(wèn)題總結(jié),從18種容易出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的環(huán)節(jié)中確定了其中5種最容易產(chǎn)生質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了比較深入地分析,找出質(zhì)量管理的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和可能的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)。項(xiàng)目所建立的QC小組調(diào)查分析了5種不同的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,主要有：依賴(lài)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行管理；對(duì)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃重視度不夠；部分工作人員的質(zhì)量意識(shí)淡泊；弱化了階段性的評(píng)審、驗(yàn)收、審核。出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的根本原因在于項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證體系不健全和缺乏質(zhì)量管理方面的培訓(xùn)。在項(xiàng)目分析的基礎(chǔ)上,制定了可行的質(zhì)量管理計(jì)劃,并識(shí)別和確認(rèn)了質(zhì)量要求與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制定了質(zhì)量測(cè)量指標(biāo)以及質(zhì)量管理流程。同時(shí)為解決問(wèn)題提供了最佳的、可行的解決方案。
[Abstract]:The Cass Blade Cluster Project is the Institute of Petroleum and Chemical Sciences of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Academy of Petroleum and Chemical Sciences) in the big data era. In order to make the institute's ability in high performance computing to be in the forefront of similar research institutions in China, at the same time, to speed up the research of scientific research projects and save research and development costs, As a result, the whole project R & D capability of Sinopec is in the leading position in China and a new set of complete system is acquired by the Academy of Stones and even the whole Sinopec. Based on the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the current situation of the project management of the shingguang information industry company, the paper finds out the problems and internal reasons that restrict the project quality in the project. This paper puts forward a scheme to set up a quality management system to meet the needs of the company so as to make the process of project quality management more standardized and standardized so as to improve the management level of the whole enterprise and at the same time to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. This article has carried on the project quality question investigation and the analysis. This paper investigates and analyzes the project scope of the blade cluster project of the Stone Academy of the Shuguang Information Industry Co., Ltd., which combines the company's previous project data and the summary of the problems. From 18 kinds of links which are prone to quality problems, five of them are analyzed deeply, and the key points, difficulties and possible risk points of quality management are found out. The QC team established by the project investigated and analyzed five different quality problems, including: relying on experience for management; not paying enough attention to the project plan; the quality consciousness of some staff members was weak; weakening the periodic review and acceptance, Audit. The root cause of the problem lies in the imperfect quality assurance system of the project and the lack of training in quality management. On the basis of project analysis, a feasible quality management plan is made, and the quality requirements and standards are identified and confirmed, and the quality measurement index and quality management flow are established. At the same time, it provides the best and feasible solution for solving the problem.
