【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)進(jìn)步以及城市變遷,國(guó)內(nèi)城市發(fā)展開始從單一城市化朝城市化和城市更新并行發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變,城市道路綜合整治對(duì)整座城市的更新和發(fā)展起到巨大的推動(dòng)作用。城市道路的綜合整治工作逐步發(fā)展成為了現(xiàn)階段城市更新升級(jí)中的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一。由于城市道路本身的特點(diǎn),建設(shè)過(guò)程中會(huì)受各種復(fù)雜多變的條件和因素的制約,加大了城市道路綜合整治項(xiàng)目管理的復(fù)雜性,加大了控制工程質(zhì)量的難度。因此,本文針對(duì)該類項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量管理方面的研究。本文以項(xiàng)目管理和質(zhì)量控制為主線,對(duì)城市道路綜合整治工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理和質(zhì)量控制所需要應(yīng)用的項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)理論進(jìn)行了比較全面、深入的闡述；從質(zhì)量和工程質(zhì)量的定義和特點(diǎn)出發(fā),提出城市道路綜合整治工程質(zhì)量控制的基本程序和實(shí)施時(shí)須遵循的原則,將PDCA循環(huán)應(yīng)用到具體的城市道路綜合整治工程中；從城市道路綜合整治工程質(zhì)量管理的影響因素入手,從參建單位和質(zhì)量控制要素兩方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述,并著重強(qiáng)調(diào)人在質(zhì)量控制中的作用,以其為后面的具體工程提供理論基礎(chǔ)；以成都市SDXD道路綜合整治工程為案例,基于質(zhì)量管理理論,較為詳盡的說(shuō)明了其中采用的技術(shù)方案和保證措施等,并對(duì)PDCA循環(huán)在全面質(zhì)量管理過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述,提出全過(guò)程質(zhì)量管理是全面質(zhì)量管理的3個(gè)方面的重中之重,把整個(gè)項(xiàng)目周期劃分為4個(gè)階段,即項(xiàng)目的準(zhǔn)確定義與決定性決策階段、項(xiàng)目的完整計(jì)劃與適應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)階段、項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施與成本控制階段和項(xiàng)目完成以后的交付階段。本文研究?jī)?nèi)容及所得結(jié)論可為相關(guān)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the economic development, social progress and urban changes, the urban development in China has begun to change from single urbanization to urbanization and urban renewal. The comprehensive renovation of urban roads plays a great role in promoting the renewal and development of the whole city. The comprehensive renovation of urban roads has gradually become one of the key problems in urban renewal and upgrading. Due to the characteristics of urban roads themselves, the construction process will be restricted by various complicated and changeable conditions and factors, which will increase the complexity of the project management of comprehensive renovation of urban roads and increase the difficulty of controlling engineering quality. Therefore, this article has carried on the quality management aspect research to this kind of project. This paper takes project management and quality control as the main line, and expounds the knowledge theory of project management which needs to be applied to the quality management and quality control of urban road comprehensive renovation project. Based on the definition and characteristics of quality and engineering quality, this paper puts forward the basic procedure of quality control of urban road comprehensive regulation project and the principles to be followed in its implementation. The PDCA cycle is applied to the concrete urban road comprehensive regulation project. Starting with the influencing factors of quality management of urban road comprehensive renovation project, this paper expounds in detail two aspects of participating units and quality control elements, and emphasizes the role of people in quality control. Taking it as the theoretical basis for the specific project behind it, taking the SDXD Road Comprehensive Regulation Project in Chengdu as a case, and based on the theory of quality management, the technical scheme and guarantee measures adopted therein are explained in detail. The application of PDCA cycle in total quality management is described in detail. The whole process quality management is the most important part of total quality management, and the whole project cycle is divided into four stages. That is, the precise definition and decisive decision stage of the project, the complete project planning and adaptive design stage, the successful implementation and cost control phase of the project and the delivery stage after the completion of the project. The contents and conclusions of this paper can be used as reference for quality management of related projects.
