電力工程項目管理與績效考核系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著計算機技術的飛躍發(fā)展,計算機的應用已深入到企業(yè)日常運營的方方面面。伴隨著這個潮流市場上出現(xiàn)了多種企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng),這些信息管理系統(tǒng)一般都是從企業(yè)整體運營流程來實現(xiàn)功能,所以盡管企業(yè)購買了這些信息管理系統(tǒng),但對于企業(yè)內部的部門經(jīng)理或項目經(jīng)理,仍無法實現(xiàn)對部門或者團隊項目進行情況的精確跟蹤控制,以及在對員工進行績效考核時采用一種公平的,與員工工作成果緊密結合的規(guī)則,這個問題普遍存在于企業(yè)管理層或項目經(jīng)理管理團隊的過程中。隨著科技的進步,企業(yè)面臨的競爭壓力也越來越大。而企業(yè)員工績效考核管理是影響企業(yè)效率的一大因素。結合中國的國情,績效考核主要是表現(xiàn)在考勤和業(yè)績兩方面。很多企業(yè)依然使用比較原始的紙質化的方式記錄員工的考勤和績效薪資等信息。這種做法,不僅浪費資源,效率也比較低。,通過設計和實現(xiàn)電力工程項目管理與績效考核系統(tǒng)來解決這一問題。本論文從這一背景出發(fā),詳細介紹上述問題的一種解決方案,將問題分為三個方面進行分析,并在分析完后給出問題的解決方法和具體實現(xiàn)。將第一個方面設為項目的跟蹤,跟蹤查看項目進行的實時情況以及是否按計劃進展;第二個方面為項目控制,根據(jù)項目的跟蹤結果以及員工在系統(tǒng)上的反饋情況,對項目進行及時的調整保證項目按計劃進行;第三個方面為員工的績效考核,系統(tǒng)記錄員工的工作成果,提供給項目經(jīng)理參考,這樣的規(guī)則就能夠做到考核與工作成果相關聯(lián)。論文以解決真實的企業(yè)需求為出發(fā)點,首先介紹系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的背景和實現(xiàn)價值,然后,對企業(yè)需求逐一分析,再在問題的基礎上提出解決方案,最后,詳細闡述了方案的具體內容和系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)方法,使得論文具有非常實際的企業(yè)應用價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, the application of computer has penetrated into all aspects of daily operation of enterprises. Along with this trend market, there are many kinds of enterprise information management system, these information management systems are generally from the enterprise overall operation process to realize the function, so although the enterprise has purchased these information management systems, However, for department managers or project managers within the enterprise, it is still impossible to achieve accurate tracking control of the situation of departments or team projects, and to adopt a fair approach to performance appraisal of employees. Rules that are closely associated with employee work outcomes are a common problem in the management or project manager management team. With the progress of science and technology, enterprises are facing more and more competitive pressure. And the performance appraisal management of the enterprise employee is a big factor that affects the enterprise efficiency. Combined with China's national conditions, performance appraisal is mainly reflected in attendance and performance. Many companies still use the more primitive paper-based way to record employee attendance and performance pay information. This method is not only a waste of resources, but also a relatively low efficiency, through the design and implementation of power engineering project management and performance evaluation system to solve this problem. From this background, this paper introduces a solution to the above problem in detail, divides the problem into three aspects to analyze, and gives the solution and implementation of the problem after the analysis. Set the first aspect as the tracking of the project, track the real-time status of the project and see if it is progressing as planned; the second aspect is the project control, based on the tracking results of the project and the feedback from the employees on the system, Timely adjustment of the project to ensure that the project is carried out according to the plan; the third aspect is the employee performance appraisal, the system records the employee's work results, provides the project manager reference, such rule can achieve the appraisal and the work result correlation. The paper takes the real enterprise demand as the starting point, first introduces the background and the realization value of the system development, then analyzes the enterprise demand one by one, then puts forward the solution on the basis of the problem, finally, The concrete content of the scheme and the realization method of the system are described in detail, which makes the thesis have very practical application value.
