基于H公司項(xiàng)目群的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移管理研究

【摘要】:人類社會(huì)己經(jīng)從工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代進(jìn)入了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,企業(yè)最主要的發(fā)展資源已經(jīng)從生產(chǎn)力轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榱酥R(shí)。在一個(gè)企業(yè)中,知識(shí)是存在于個(gè)人和團(tuán)隊(duì)之中的,只有將知識(shí)在個(gè)人和團(tuán)隊(duì)中進(jìn)行有效的轉(zhuǎn)移,知識(shí)才能發(fā)揮出最大的作用,F(xiàn)代企業(yè)常以項(xiàng)目作為管理工具進(jìn)行技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)和技術(shù)革新,因此以項(xiàng)目為基礎(chǔ)的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移是一個(gè)企業(yè)知識(shí)獲取的重要來(lái)源。知識(shí)管理是目前項(xiàng)目管理領(lǐng)域中的重點(diǎn)研究課題,但是目前國(guó)內(nèi)針對(duì)項(xiàng)目知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移管理的研究并不多見(jiàn)。本文試圖從H公司項(xiàng)目群的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移管理進(jìn)行研究,利用知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移水平定量分析模型進(jìn)行模擬和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)H公司項(xiàng)目群的不同項(xiàng)目之間知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移水平存在著較大差異。以國(guó)內(nèi)外知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移影響因素理論研究成果為依據(jù)找出H公司項(xiàng)目群知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移水平的影響因素13個(gè),采用專家評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)各影響因素的影響權(quán)重進(jìn)行分析評(píng)估確定權(quán)重指標(biāo),建立影響因素評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。然后采用多層次灰色綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)該評(píng)價(jià)體系模型進(jìn)行評(píng)估,找出主要最主要影響因素為H公司項(xiàng)目群的知識(shí)載體管理,并針對(duì)知識(shí)載體管理建立并完善了一套完整的管理方案。在本文的理論研究方面:本文研究并驗(yàn)證了關(guān)于知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移水平定量分析的數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)模糊數(shù)學(xué)的灰色綜合評(píng)價(jià)法在H公司項(xiàng)目群的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移影響因素分析上進(jìn)行了探索。在本文的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用方面:首先利用企業(yè)中實(shí)際運(yùn)行的項(xiàng)目作為研究樣本,采用定量分析數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)H公司的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行參數(shù)提取和狀態(tài)模擬;采用灰色綜合評(píng)價(jià)組織專家進(jìn)行評(píng)分,分析出H公司項(xiàng)目群知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響因素;建立了提高H公司知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移水平的解決方案。最終論文得出了3個(gè)有實(shí)踐應(yīng)用價(jià)值的研究結(jié)論,同時(shí)也提升了H公司項(xiàng)目群的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移水平。
[Abstract]:Human society has entered the era of knowledge economy from the age of industrial economy, and the most important development resources of enterprises have changed from productive forces to knowledge. In an enterprise, knowledge exists in individuals and teams. Only by effectively transferring knowledge in individuals and teams can knowledge play the most important role. Modern enterprises often use project as a management tool for technological development and technological innovation, so project-based knowledge transfer is an important source of enterprise knowledge acquisition. Knowledge management is an important research topic in the field of project management at present, but there are few researches on project knowledge transfer management in China. This paper attempts to study the knowledge transfer management of H company project group, and use the quantitative analysis model of knowledge transfer level to simulate and analyze it. It is found that there are great differences in knowledge transfer level among different projects of H company project group. Based on the theoretical research results of the influencing factors of knowledge transfer at home and abroad, this paper finds out the 13 influencing factors of the knowledge transfer level of H company project group, and adopts the expert evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the influence weight of each influencing factor to determine the weight index. The evaluation index system of influencing factors is established. Then the multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the evaluation system model and find out that the main influencing factor is the knowledge carrier management of H company project group. A complete set of management scheme is established and perfected for knowledge carrier management. In the theoretical research of this paper: this paper studies and verifies the mathematical model of quantitative analysis of knowledge transfer level, and probes into the grey comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics in the analysis of the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in H company project group. In the practical application of this paper: firstly, using the actual running project as the research sample, the quantitative analysis mathematical model is used to extract the parameters and simulate the state of the project of H company; By using grey comprehensive evaluation to organize experts to score, the influencing factors of knowledge transfer of project group in H company are analyzed, and the solution to improve knowledge transfer level of H company is established. Finally, the paper draws three practical and practical research conclusions, and also improves the knowledge transfer level of H company project group.
