【摘要】：為更好地評價復(fù)雜工程項目施工階段的主體行為風(fēng)險,根據(jù)行為風(fēng)險特點,從行為主體、組織行為、項目管理目標等3個維度,全面識別該階段的主體行為風(fēng)險因素,構(gòu)建評價指標體系。在分析對比相關(guān)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,引入直覺模糊層次分析法(IFAHP),以確定評價指標的權(quán)重;利用直覺模糊加權(quán)平均(IFWA)算子,集結(jié)群決策下的定性和定量指標評價信息,構(gòu)建IFAHP主體行為風(fēng)險評價模型,并通過運行算例檢驗其有效性。結(jié)果表明:該模型充分考慮了行為風(fēng)險的不確定性和專家評價模糊性,用其最終得到的行為風(fēng)險等級與實際情況相符。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the risk of the subject behavior in the construction stage of complex engineering project, according to the characteristics of the behavior risk, the main behavioral risk factors of the stage can be fully identified from three dimensions: the behavior subject, the organizational behavior and the project management goal. Construct evaluation index system. On the basis of analyzing and comparing the relevant models, the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (IFAHPX) is introduced to determine the weight of the evaluation index, and the qualitative and quantitative index evaluation information under the group decision is gathered by using the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average (IFWA) operator. The behavior risk assessment model of IFAHP is constructed, and its validity is verified by a running example. The results show that the uncertainty of behavioral risk and the fuzziness of expert evaluation are fully taken into account in the model, and the level of behavioral risk obtained by the model is consistent with the actual situation.
