【摘要】：在這個(gè)“質(zhì)量是企業(yè)的生命線”的時(shí)代,質(zhì)量管理可以說是工程項(xiàng)目管理工作的核心,是決定整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目成敗的關(guān)鍵。而工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的核心在于如何構(gòu)建和實(shí)施工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理體系。雖然我國的建筑工程質(zhì)量和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的總體水平不斷提高,但是與國際水平相比,我國的質(zhì)量管理和控制水平仍存在較大差距。本文將LD企業(yè)的商務(wù)廣場工程與質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究并實(shí)踐,有效的確保了LD工程項(xiàng)目一次交驗(yàn)合格。論文首先對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和本文主要研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行概述,詳細(xì)介紹了本文的研究方法和路線。其次對(duì)本文研究對(duì)象的基本情況、總體規(guī)劃及項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量目標(biāo)進(jìn)行介紹,并針對(duì)目前項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀和外部市場環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,闡述了開展質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的緊迫性和必要性。第三,通過以全面質(zhì)量管理理論(TQM)和ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系及我國GB/T19001-GB/T50430工程施工企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系相結(jié)合為指導(dǎo),以LD商務(wù)廣場工程為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)管理體系的結(jié)構(gòu)、構(gòu)建方法及具體內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了全面闡述。第四,通過對(duì)研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理體系的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,著重對(duì)施工過程中的事前、事中和事后控制進(jìn)行了探索。采用AHP法對(duì)影響建筑工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的各因素進(jìn)行分析,找到關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)并得出結(jié)論,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)項(xiàng)目的有效應(yīng)用,為后續(xù)類似的建筑工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理起到一定的參考和示范作用。最后,針對(duì)LD項(xiàng)目工程建立了具體的保障措施,從質(zhì)量管理方法、技術(shù)保證措施及原材料檢測及保證手段幾方面給出了詳細(xì)的操作規(guī)范和制度。最終順利達(dá)成了LD工程的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In this era of "quality is the lifeline of enterprise", quality management can be said to be the core of project management and the key to the success or failure of the whole project. The core of project quality management is how to construct and implement the project quality management system. Although the overall level of construction engineering quality and service quality in our country is improving continuously, there is still a big gap between the quality management and control level of our country compared with the international level. In this paper, the relevant theoretical standards and methods of business square engineering and quality management in LD enterprises are systematically studied and put into practice. Firstly, the research status and main contents of this paper are summarized, and the research methods and routes are introduced in detail. Secondly, it introduces the basic situation of the research object, the overall plan and the construction quality target of the project, and analyzes the current situation of the project quality management and the external market environment. The urgency and necessity of developing quality standardization are expounded. Thirdly, under the guidance of TQM (Total quality Management Theory) and ISO9000 (quality Management system) and quality Management system (QMS) of GB/T19001-GB/T50430 construction enterprises in China, the structure of the management system is studied with LD Business Square Project as the research object. The construction method and concrete content are expounded in an all-round way. Fourthly, through the practical application of the quality management system to the research object, the paper probes into the prior, middle and afterwards control in the construction process. AHP method is used to analyze the factors that affect the quality of the construction project. The key quality control points are found and the conclusion is drawn. Finally, the effective application of the project is realized. For the follow-up similar construction project quality management to play a certain reference and demonstration role. Finally, the concrete safeguard measures are set up for LD project, and detailed operation rules and regulations are given from the aspects of quality management method, technical guarantee measure, raw material inspection and guarantee means. Finally, the quality goal of LD project was successfully achieved.
