【摘要】：[目的/意義]面對全球新一輪科技革命與產(chǎn)業(yè)變革的重大機遇和挑戰(zhàn),面對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài)下的趨勢變化和特點,更加突出了科技情報服務的重要位置,推動了科技情報服務體系的全面創(chuàng)新。因此,如何在情報服務體系創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下建立起情報快速生產(chǎn)線,是目前首先要解決的問題,研究意義重大。[方法/過程]文章基于動態(tài)非線性交互創(chuàng)新模式的理論指導,以適應"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"時代情報服務的新特征,創(chuàng)新發(fā)展科技情報服務體系,構建標準化的情報生產(chǎn)線,并提出對多任務情報項目的管理方法。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]最終為政府和企業(yè)提供具有前瞻性、時效性和專業(yè)化的情報服務。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in the face of the great opportunities and challenges of the new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, and the trend changes and characteristics under the new normal state of economic development, the important position of science and technology information service has become even more prominent. It promotes the innovation of science and technology information service system. Therefore, how to set up the information fast production line under the information service system innovation environment is the first problem to be solved at present, and the research significance is great. [methods / process] based on the theoretical guidance of dynamic nonlinear interactive innovation model, in order to adapt to the new characteristics of information service in the "Internet" era, the article innovates and develops the sci-tech information service system, and constructs a standardized information production line. The management method of multi-task information project is put forward. Results / conclusions] ultimately provide forward-looking, timely and specialized intelligence services to governments and enterprises.
