新能源發(fā)電設(shè)計(jì)多項(xiàng)目管理人力資源配置研究

【摘要】:近年來新能源發(fā)電項(xiàng)目數(shù)量的穩(wěn)定增長,新能源發(fā)電設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)同一時(shí)間并行開展多個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目已成為常態(tài)。在這種多項(xiàng)目環(huán)境下,各項(xiàng)目間人力資源競爭也愈演愈烈,因而出現(xiàn)了很多項(xiàng)目人力資源管理方面的問題。因此新能源發(fā)電設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)需要研究解決如何才能合理協(xié)調(diào)配置資源,以提高資源使用效率和實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)整體項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)。 本文在分析新能源發(fā)電設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理各類問題的基礎(chǔ)上,對多項(xiàng)目管理理論和國內(nèi)外理論研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究,吸取其中對解決問題有用的理論,建立適合新能源發(fā)電咨詢設(shè)計(jì)多項(xiàng)目管理的人力資源配置體系。 本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 1)對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于資源配置和優(yōu)化的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究和歸納,尋求有價(jià)值的參考。 2)對新能源發(fā)電設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理問題以及多項(xiàng)目人力資源管理問題進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查研究總結(jié)。 3)運(yùn)用多項(xiàng)目資源配置方法和多項(xiàng)目協(xié)同配置理論,構(gòu)建新能源發(fā)電設(shè)計(jì)多項(xiàng)目資源配置模型。 4)結(jié)合北京JH電力設(shè)計(jì)公司多項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀,選取多項(xiàng)目實(shí)際案例,驗(yàn)證新能源發(fā)電設(shè)計(jì)多項(xiàng)目資源配置模型的有效性。論文將對模型中的管理機(jī)制、理論方法、工作體系進(jìn)行研究和實(shí)證。 本文將在已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,采用文獻(xiàn)研究、定量分析和定性分析等方法,以實(shí)際解決企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理中存在的若干實(shí)際問題為目的,重點(diǎn)解決多項(xiàng)目間的資源優(yōu)化配置這一迫切問題,從而使企業(yè)資源合理配置均衡使用,各個(gè)項(xiàng)目有序健康的實(shí)施。對提升新能源發(fā)電設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)競爭力和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the steady growth of the number of new energy power generation projects, it has become the norm for new energy generation design enterprises to carry out several design projects simultaneously at the same time. In this kind of multi-project environment, the competition of human resources among projects is becoming more and more intense, so there are many problems in human resource management of projects. Therefore, new energy power generation design enterprises need to study and solve how to reasonably coordinate the allocation of resources in order to improve the efficiency of resource use and achieve the overall project objectives of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of all kinds of problems in the project management of new energy generation design, this paper studies the theory of multi-project management and the theoretical research literature at home and abroad, and draws on the theory that is useful to solve the problem. Set up the human resource allocation system suitable for new energy power generation consultation design and multi-project management. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) to study and summarize the literature on resource allocation and optimization at home and abroad, and to seek valuable reference. 2) carry on the thorough investigation and research to the new energy generation design project management problem and the multi-project human resource management problem. 3) the multi-project resource allocation model of new energy generation design is constructed by using multi-project resource allocation method and multi-project cooperative allocation theory. 4) according to the current situation of multi-project management in Beijing JH Electric Power Design Company, multi-project practical cases are selected to verify the effectiveness of the multi-project resource allocation model for new energy generation design. The management mechanism, theory method and work system of the model will be studied and proved in this paper. Based on the existing research results, this paper uses the methods of literature research, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to solve some practical problems in enterprise project management. This paper focuses on solving the urgent problem of the optimal allocation of resources among multiple projects, so that the rational allocation of resources of enterprises can be balanced, and each project can be carried out in an orderly and healthy manner. It is of great practical significance and application value to enhance the competitiveness and economic benefit of new energy generation design enterprises.
