【摘要】：計算機(jī)技術(shù)現(xiàn)在管理領(lǐng)域起著越來越重要的作用。最近幾年以來，眾多高校對于信息的需求量與日俱增。數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸，分析，處理，收集以及存儲是一項非常繁重而又復(fù)雜的任務(wù)。其中，教師對于檔案的管理是當(dāng)今學(xué)校教育管理當(dāng)中的重要內(nèi)容。因為這項工作所涉及到的范圍比較廣泛，重要性很大，事務(wù)有很繁多，繁雜性有非常大，所以用計算機(jī)來進(jìn)行管理是非常適合的。構(gòu)建信息化管理的教師檔案管理信息系統(tǒng)，是高職院校檔案管理部門亟需解決的一個重要問題。 信息量大，內(nèi)容多，管理難度高，這些是高職院校在進(jìn)行職工教師檔案管理中普遍面臨的難點問題。而且，大多數(shù)的檔案都是以紙質(zhì)的形式存在，因此，在對這些檔案內(nèi)容加以管理和分類校對時，都需要大量的人力和時間來提供支持，效率較低。相比較網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理而言，就可以在很大程度上提高管理效率，減少不必要的時間和人力的耗費(fèi)。 在大多數(shù)高職院校中，檔案多是以紙質(zhì)的形式存在，紙質(zhì)的檔案無論是在空間的儲存還是在分類管理等方面都存在很大的資源浪費(fèi)傾向。而且，由于多數(shù)院校對于檔案的網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理尚未得到普及，這種浪費(fèi)的現(xiàn)象尤為突出。因此，要建立完善有序的電子信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化檔案管理機(jī)制，依托現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)提高管理的水平。 課題結(jié)合高職院校人事檔案管理工作的實際需求，在項目管理和軟件工程分析的基礎(chǔ)上對高職院校教師檔案管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了探究，并在具體的設(shè)計過程中實現(xiàn)了綜合的多元化系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)建。課題針對高職院校檔案管理的現(xiàn)狀，分析了檔案管理系統(tǒng)的需求和功能，，具體闡述了用戶角色、操作權(quán)限等；同時在對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上，用數(shù)據(jù)流圖描述了該系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)功能，用E-R圖得出了系統(tǒng)各實體之間的關(guān)系模型；對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了模塊劃分，詳細(xì)分析并設(shè)計了科研信息管理、用戶管理、學(xué)科管理、教師信息管理、統(tǒng)計管理等五個方面重要的功能模塊；同時詳細(xì)論述了這些模塊的功能和程序流程。對該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實現(xiàn)，并選擇用例對該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測試。 本課題設(shè)計和開發(fā)的教師檔案管理信息系統(tǒng)從高職院校的真實情況出發(fā)，十分完善地完成了學(xué)校里資源，信息管理以及內(nèi)部管理的需求。運(yùn)用在高校的教師檔案管理工作后，其實用的功能和強(qiáng)大的權(quán)限體系有效地解決了實際工作中的各類問題，推進(jìn)了學(xué)校檔案管理工作的信息化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Computer technology is playing an increasingly important role in the field of management. In recent years, the demand for information in many colleges and universities is increasing day by day. Data transmission, analysis, processing, collection and storage is a very heavy and complex task. Among them, the teacher's management of archives is an important content in the school education management. Because this work involves a relatively wide range of importance, a great deal of business, complexity is very large, so the use of computers to manage is very suitable. It is an important problem for the archives management department of higher vocational colleges to construct the information management information system for teachers. Large amount of information, much content and high difficulty in management are the difficult problems that higher vocational colleges generally face in the management of staff and teachers' files. Moreover, most of the files exist in paper form. Therefore, when managing and classifying the contents of these files, it needs a lot of manpower and time to provide support, so the efficiency is low. Compared with network management, it can greatly improve management efficiency and reduce unnecessary time and manpower consumption. In most higher vocational colleges, the archives are mostly in the form of paper, and there is a great tendency of waste of resources in the storage of space or in the management of classification. Moreover, because most colleges and universities to the file network management has not been popularized, this kind of waste phenomenon is particularly prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a perfect and orderly electronic information network archives management mechanism and improve the level of management by relying on modern information technology. Based on the project management and the analysis of software engineering, the paper probes into the management system of teachers' files in higher vocational colleges, which is based on the actual demand of personnel archives management in higher vocational colleges. And in the concrete design process has realized the synthesis multiplex system establishment. In view of the current situation of archives management in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the requirements and functions of the archives management system, expounds the roles of users, the operating authority and so on, and at the same time, on the basis of analyzing the requirements of the system, This paper describes the related functions of the system by using the data flow diagram, obtains the relationship model between the entities of the system by using the E-R diagram, divides the system into modules, analyzes and designs the scientific research information management, the user management and the subject management in detail. There are five important function modules in teacher information management and statistics management, and the functions and program flow of these modules are discussed in detail. The system is implemented and the use case is selected to test the system. The teacher file management information system designed and developed in this paper, proceeding from the real situation of higher vocational colleges, has completed the requirements of resources, information management and internal management in the school. The practical function and powerful authority system of teachers' archives management in colleges and universities have effectively solved all kinds of problems in practical work and promoted the information process of school archives management.
