【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略管理理論與方法在項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用對傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目成本管理提出了挑戰(zhàn),工程承包企業(yè)需要按照戰(zhàn)略管理的要求對傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目成本管理進(jìn)行適應(yīng)性變革,本文就工程承包項(xiàng)目中基于戰(zhàn)略的目標(biāo)成本管理方法進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:The application of the theory and method of strategic management in the practice of project management challenges the traditional project cost management. Engineering contracting enterprises need to adapt to the traditional project cost management according to the requirements of strategic management. This paper discusses the method of target cost management based on strategy in project contracting.
