【摘要】：東方投資監(jiān)理公司是一家從事民用大型建筑及大型工業(yè)設(shè)備安裝類(lèi)工程的投資監(jiān)理公司。隨著業(yè)務(wù)復(fù)雜程度越來(lái)越高以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,在項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)踐中對(duì)工程造價(jià)的科學(xué)測(cè)算及信息化管理具有迫切的需求。本文面向工程造價(jià)管理的具體需求,以先進(jìn)的工程造價(jià)管理理論為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建高效的信息化管理平臺(tái)。論文首先對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目的信息化及其造價(jià)管理的主要方法與現(xiàn)有成果進(jìn)行了歸納和概括,接下來(lái)結(jié)合東方投資監(jiān)理公司的工程造價(jià)管理業(yè)務(wù)要求對(duì)該系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建需求分析,著重?cái)⑹隽斯こ淘靸r(jià)的過(guò)程管理功能需求、工程費(fèi)用測(cè)算管理功能需求、工程基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理功能需求及投資收益測(cè)算分析功能需求,討論了各項(xiàng)主要功能的具體內(nèi)容以及用例模型。在設(shè)計(jì)部分?jǐn)⑹隽嗽撓到y(tǒng)的軟件架構(gòu)和總體構(gòu)成,討論了各個(gè)功能模塊所共有的流程管理和模型管理問(wèn)題的解決方案,并給出了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。在實(shí)現(xiàn)部分,從程序的內(nèi)部組成以及主要算法實(shí)現(xiàn)的角度進(jìn)行了敘述,并概述了相關(guān)的測(cè)試與工程應(yīng)用情況,最后總結(jié)全文。該系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)采用成熟可靠的主流軟件技術(shù),基于Windows平臺(tái)和SQLServer數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)實(shí)現(xiàn),目前不僅完成了測(cè)試而且在工程實(shí)踐中取得了初步成效,顯著提高了公司在工程投資監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)的管理效率和科學(xué)化水平,對(duì)支持公司的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展起到積極的支持作用。
[Abstract]:Dongfang Investment Supervision Company is an investment supervision company engaged in civil large-scale construction and large-scale industrial equipment installation projects. With the increasing complexity of business and fierce competition, there is an urgent need for scientific calculation of project cost and information management in the practice of project management. In this paper, an efficient information management platform is constructed on the basis of advanced engineering cost management theory to meet the specific needs of engineering cost management. Firstly, the paper summarizes the main methods and existing achievements of the informatization of engineering project and its cost management, and then analyzes the requirements of the construction of the system in the light of the engineering cost management business requirements of Dongfang Investment Supervision Company. The requirements of process management function, engineering cost calculation and management function, engineering basic data management function and investment income calculation and analysis function are emphatically described. The specific contents of each main function and the use case model are discussed. In the design part, the software architecture and the overall structure of the system are described, and the solutions of the process management and model management problems common to each functional module are discussed, and the design of the database system is given. In the implementation part, the paper describes the internal composition of the program and the implementation of the main algorithms, summarizes the relevant testing and engineering applications, and finally summarizes the full text. The development of the system is based on the mature and reliable mainstream software technology, based on the Windows platform and SQLServer database. At present, the system has not only completed the test but also achieved preliminary results in engineering practice. It improves the management efficiency and scientific level of the project investment supervision business, and plays an active supporting role in supporting the business development of the company.
