【摘要】:風沙地區(qū)鐵路勘察設計工作周期長,勘察次數多,設計工作難度大,風沙地區(qū)的勘察設計管理結合項目標準化管理模式,是提高勘察設計質量、降低勘察成本、有效利用人力資源的有效手段,開展風沙地區(qū)的勘察設計管理研究是非常必要的。本文運用項目管理的基本理論和方法,結合鐵路勘察設計的管理特點,尤其是風沙鐵路勘察設計管理的特點,以拉日鐵路風沙地區(qū)勘察設計項目管理為工程背景,針對高原地區(qū)及風沙地區(qū)這一特殊地質環(huán)境、特殊自然條件,以高原及民族地區(qū)工作制度、環(huán)保設計、安全設計、風沙工程設計及治理為主要因素,探討風沙勘察設計項目管理的經驗和體會,提出工作建議。針對風沙地區(qū)及高原地區(qū)制定了一系列管理制度及工作制度,為鐵路勘察設計實施提供了一種標準化管理的方法,并經過拉日鐵路勘察設計項目的實施,表明其管理方法切實可行,對于同類地區(qū)開展勘察設計工作具有推廣價值。
[Abstract]:The investigation and design work cycle of railway in wind-sand area is long, the investigation times are many, the design work is very difficult, the investigation and design management in wind-sand area combined with the standardized management mode of the project is to improve the quality of survey and design and to reduce the investigation cost. It is necessary to study the investigation and design management of wind-sand area by the effective means of utilizing human resources. Based on the basic theory and method of project management, combined with the management characteristics of railway survey and design, especially the characteristics of wind-sand railway survey and design management, this paper takes the project management of survey and design in wind-sand area of La-ri railway as the engineering background. In view of the special geological environment and special natural conditions in the plateau area and the wind-sand area, the main factors are the work system, environmental protection design, safety design, wind-sand engineering design and management in the plateau and ethnic areas. This paper discusses the experience and experience in the project management of wind sand survey and design, and puts forward some suggestions. A series of management systems and working systems are established for wind-sand and highland areas, which provide a standardized management method for the implementation of railway survey and design, and through the implementation of the railway survey and design project, The results show that the management method is feasible and valuable for the exploration and design of similar areas.
