【摘要】：水電是技術(shù)成熟、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定的可再生能源,一直受到世界各國(guó)的高度重視,我國(guó) 十二五‖能源計(jì)劃更是將發(fā)展水電的任務(wù)提高到國(guó)家能源安全的戰(zhàn)略高度。這種新的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),給水電企業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了新的要求,其多項(xiàng)目到來(lái)呈現(xiàn)連續(xù)、隨機(jī)、動(dòng)態(tài)的特征,項(xiàng)目規(guī)模和復(fù)雜程度也將不斷增加。因此,如何能夠在滿(mǎn)足項(xiàng)目物資需求的情況下盡可能實(shí)現(xiàn)多項(xiàng)目的整體目標(biāo),對(duì)物資進(jìn)行合理的配置,在水電企業(yè)多項(xiàng)目管理中具有重要的研究意義。本文以水電企業(yè)多項(xiàng)目管理為研究背景,對(duì)水電企業(yè)多項(xiàng)目物資配置進(jìn)行研究。首先,介紹論文的研究背景,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外資源配置問(wèn)題、多項(xiàng)目調(diào)度問(wèn)題及考慮資源受限的物資配置問(wèn)題的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出論文的研究目的與意義,闡述論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容及章節(jié)安排。其次,結(jié)合水電企業(yè)項(xiàng)目多協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系、多物資競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及動(dòng)態(tài)性等特征,分析當(dāng)前水電企業(yè)物資配置存在的問(wèn)題,研究現(xiàn)階段常見(jiàn)的物資配置方法,并分析不同物資配置方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),找出水電企業(yè)多項(xiàng)目物資配置的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。再次,提出一種基于時(shí)序約束和物資約束的水電企業(yè)多項(xiàng)目物資配置優(yōu)化方法。時(shí)序約束階段依據(jù)項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)優(yōu)先級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)模型得到項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)合成鏈表,該列表即可作為無(wú)沖突情況下的多項(xiàng)目物資配置方案;物資約束階段以獲得的優(yōu)化任務(wù)合成鏈表為輸入,進(jìn)行物資約束的檢測(cè)與調(diào)整,建立沖突消解模型并用改進(jìn)蟻群算法進(jìn)行求解,生成項(xiàng)目物資配置優(yōu)化方案。最后,針對(duì)H企業(yè)物資配置過(guò)程存在的問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用論文提出的配置方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行物資配置,最終驗(yàn)證本論文研究的有效性與可行性。
[Abstract]:Hydropower is a renewable energy with mature technology and stable operation, which has been attached great importance to all over the world. China's 12th Five-Year Plan has raised the task of developing hydropower to the strategic level of national energy security.This new strategic goal puts forward new requirements for the development of hydropower enterprises, and its multi-project to present continuous, random, dynamic characteristics, project size and complexity will continue to increase.Therefore, how to achieve the overall goal of multi-project and reasonable allocation of materials under the condition of meeting the requirements of project materials is of great significance in the multi-project management of hydropower enterprises.Based on the multi-project management of hydropower enterprises, this paper studies the multi-project material allocation of hydropower enterprises.First of all, it introduces the research background of the paper, analyzes the domestic and foreign resource allocation problem, the multi-project scheduling problem and the research status of the resource constrained material allocation problem, and puts forward the purpose and significance of the paper.Elaborate the research content and chapter arrangement of the thesis.Secondly, according to the characteristics of multi-coordination relationship, multi-material competition and dynamic of hydropower enterprise, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the material allocation of hydropower enterprises, and studies the common material allocation methods at the present stage.The advantages and disadvantages of different material allocation methods are analyzed, and the key problems of multi-project material allocation in hydropower enterprises are found out.Thirdly, a multi-project material allocation optimization method for hydropower enterprises based on temporal constraints and material constraints is proposed.According to the project activity priority evaluation model, the time series constraint stage obtains the project activity synthesis chain list, which can be used as the multi-project material allocation scheme without conflict, and the material constraint stage takes the optimized task synthesis chain list as the input.The conflict resolution model is established and solved by improved ant colony algorithm (ACA), and the project material allocation optimization scheme is generated.Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the material allocation process of H enterprise, the method proposed in this paper is used to allocate the materials, and finally the validity and feasibility of this paper are verified.
