【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放三十多年來(lái),社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的得到了極大的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,工程建設(shè)也隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展不斷進(jìn)步,項(xiàng)目的承包模式更是在不斷的更新變化,工程總承包模是目前國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)工程比較常用的一種承包模式,這種工程承包模式中,總承包商承擔(dān)著更大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)如果進(jìn)行有效管理,就會(huì)給項(xiàng)目帶來(lái)效益,若對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)判不足,不能及時(shí)的采取應(yīng)對(duì)措施,就會(huì)導(dǎo)致企業(yè)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,甚至導(dǎo)致企業(yè)破產(chǎn)。J公司是一家隸屬于中石油的設(shè)計(jì)單位,公司在經(jīng)過(guò)改制后,進(jìn)行以設(shè)計(jì)為主體的工程總承包實(shí)踐。在當(dāng)今國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)石化工業(yè)逐步發(fā)展的形勢(shì)下,工程技術(shù)更為復(fù)雜,規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,公司的工程總承包項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)逐漸加大,發(fā)展既面臨機(jī)遇也面臨挑戰(zhàn),在這樣的形式下,對(duì)J公司進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究,既能夠?qū)Ξ?dāng)前J公司在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理上進(jìn)行梳理,又能為同行業(yè)的其他單位提供借鑒意義,是一個(gè)十分重要的課題。本文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法,實(shí)地調(diào)查法還有理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)目前在國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究方面的主要成果進(jìn)行闡述,對(duì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理,在文中的第三部分,對(duì)J公司的基本情況進(jìn)行介紹,對(duì)公司目前在工程管理中設(shè)計(jì)階段、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施階段以及項(xiàng)目竣工階段常出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行描述,為下文的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、應(yīng)對(duì)打下基礎(chǔ)；在第四章中,對(duì)J公司EPC項(xiàng)目管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,對(duì)J公司的日常風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估和分析,指出該公司項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)處于可控范圍之內(nèi),處于中等偏下風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平,在已經(jīng)識(shí)別的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素中,技術(shù)因素處于影響風(fēng)險(xiǎn)形成的主要地位,是不可忽視的,自然因素對(duì)于項(xiàng)目的影響不大。在第五章中,提出項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)策略,指出設(shè)計(jì)院在EPC工程總承包項(xiàng)目中進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重要性,加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對(duì)項(xiàng)目的成功具有十分重要的作用,同時(shí),確保了J公司在工程上目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和利潤(rùn)的完成。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the socialist market economy has made great progress and development. With the development of the economy, the project construction has also made continuous progress, and the contracting mode of the project has been constantly updated and changed.The general contracting model of engineering is a kind of contracting mode commonly used at home and abroad at present. In this mode, the general contractor is taking more risks. If the risk is managed effectively, it will bring benefits to the project.If there is insufficient pre-judgment of risk and failure to take measures to deal with it in time, it will lead to problems in the enterprise, and even lead to the bankruptcy of the enterprise. J Company is a design unit affiliated with PetroChina. After the restructuring, the company has been reformed.Carry on the project general contracting practice with design as the main body.At present, with the gradual development of the domestic petrochemical industry, the engineering technology is more and more complex, the scale is getting larger and larger, the risk of the general contracting project of the company is gradually increasing, the development is faced with both opportunities and challenges, in such a form,The research on risk management of company J can not only comb the risk management of company J, but also provide reference for other units in the same industry. It is a very important subject.This article mainly uses the literature research method, the field investigation method and the theory and the practice combination method, carries on the elaboration to the present international, the domestic regarding the risk management research aspect main achievement, carries on the comb to the correlation theory,In the third part of this paper, the basic situation of J Company is introduced, and the risks in the design stage, the implementation stage and the completion stage of the project are described.In the fourth chapter, we identify the risk of J company EPC project management, evaluate and analyze the daily risk of J company.It is pointed out that the project risk of the company is within the scope of control and at the middle and lower risk level. Among the identified risk factors, the technical factor is in the main position of influencing the formation of the risk, which should not be ignored.Natural factors have little impact on the project.In the fifth chapter, the author puts forward the strategy of project risk management, and points out the importance of risk management in EPC general contracting project. Strengthening risk management plays a very important role in the success of the project, at the same time,To ensure that J company in engineering goals and profits achieved.
