【摘要】：質(zhì)量控制是翻譯項(xiàng)目成敗的關(guān)鍵。通過(guò)有效的項(xiàng)目管理手段提高翻譯項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量,是項(xiàng)目管理者努力的目標(biāo)。隨著翻譯行業(yè)由過(guò)去作坊式人工翻譯向產(chǎn)業(yè)化項(xiàng)目合作翻譯模式轉(zhuǎn)型,市場(chǎng)對(duì)于鐵路技術(shù)材料的翻譯需求越來(lái)越多,也就是說(shuō),市場(chǎng)對(duì)于鐵路技術(shù)材料翻譯項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量要求也越來(lái)越高。由于鐵路技術(shù)材料除了具備一般科技材料的特點(diǎn)外,還受到自身的學(xué)科背景的影響,具有很強(qiáng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)性,加大了翻譯項(xiàng)目的管理難度。 本項(xiàng)目管理報(bào)告根據(jù)譯前、譯中、譯后的時(shí)間順序,對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐過(guò)程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述。筆者作為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理,從翻譯項(xiàng)目管理的角度出發(fā),對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,提出相關(guān)解決策略,重點(diǎn)介紹了翻譯項(xiàng)目管理“鐵三角”之一——質(zhì)量控制問(wèn)題,討論了術(shù)語(yǔ)統(tǒng)一、譯文風(fēng)格統(tǒng)一等問(wèn)題,強(qiáng)調(diào)了制定鐵路技術(shù)材料翻譯原則的重要性,并嘗試制定鐵路技術(shù)材料翻譯原則和鐵路技術(shù)材料翻譯風(fēng)格指南,為后人研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Quality control is the key to the success or failure of translation projects.It is the goal of project managers to improve the quality of translation projects through effective project management.With the transformation of the translation industry from manual translation in the past to cooperative translation mode in industrial projects, there is an increasing demand for the translation of railway technical materials in the market, that is,The market for railway technical materials translation project quality requirements are also increasing.As the railway technical materials not only have the characteristics of general scientific and technological materials, but also be influenced by their own subject background, they are highly professional and make it more difficult to manage translation projects.This project management report describes the whole project practice process in detail according to the time order of pre-translation, mid-translation and post-translation.As project manager, from the perspective of translation project management, the author analyzes the problems encountered in the implementation of the project, puts forward some relevant solutions, and focuses on the quality control problem, one of the "iron triangles" of translation project management.This paper discusses the unification of terminology and translation style, emphasizes the importance of formulating the principles for the translation of railway technical materials, and tries to formulate guidelines for the translation of railway technical materials and the translation style of railway technical materials, which will lay a foundation for future generations to study.
