【摘要】：隨著計算機技術的快速發(fā)展,招商項目管理也急需使用數字化的信息管理系統(tǒng)來取代傳統(tǒng)的手工管理。應著這種潮流,不斷有公司推出信息管理系統(tǒng)產品,來解決招商引資項目管理的日常運營信息管理。盡管這些產品已經在招商項目整體上方便了招商項目管理的管理,但還是不能完全滿足銀川開發(fā)區(qū)招商引資項目管理所有的管理需求。銀川開發(fā)區(qū)招商引資項目管理軟件,首先必須能夠兼容傳統(tǒng)的銀川開發(fā)區(qū)招商引資項目管理手段,便于與傳統(tǒng)的銀川開發(fā)區(qū)招商引資項目管理手段接軌,減少學習培訓時間,提高效率。其次必須能保證項目內部成員的直接通信,這樣就能用作傳統(tǒng)的聊天工具進行使用;然后它必須能當文件傳輸器使用,這樣團隊中的成員就不必通過建立電子郵件來進行文件的交流;最后此系統(tǒng)必須將項目的概念深入日常工作中,通信是為了項目,文件也需要和項目進行關聯,這樣就能夠解決關于項目概念不明確、管理松散的問題。本文從招商引資項目管理考核方面上的需求出發(fā),提出了一種解決方案,即利用基于Web系統(tǒng)的JSP、ASP、PHP以及microsoft.net framework 3.5、microsoft sqlserver 2005、和ftp協議等開發(fā)工具,利用基于Java Web的三層結構即表示層(Jsp)-業(yè)務邏輯層(Servlet+bean)-數據訪問層(Dao)(JSP-Servlet-Dao)的框架來進行軟件設計;在用戶體驗方面,大量采用了ExtJS技術以改善用戶的體驗。本文首先詳細介紹了.NET Framework、SQL Server2005、套接字等關鍵技術;然后詳盡分析了銀川開發(fā)區(qū)招商引資管理系統(tǒng)的需求背景,在滿足需求的前提下提出了系統(tǒng)所需的賬戶管理,團隊管理,項目控制,項目跟蹤等4模塊,并詳細說明了4個模塊各自的功能;接著分別敘述了4個模塊各自實現的流程與方法,在此基礎上進行編程得到了各自所需的界面和結果;最后對4大模塊的界面與功能進行測試,最終達到了預期目標。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, investment project management also needs to use digital information management system to replace the traditional manual management.In response to this trend, some companies continue to launch information management system products to solve the daily operation information management of attracting investment projects.Although these products have facilitated the management of investment promotion projects as a whole, they still can not fully meet all the management needs of investment attracting projects management in Yinchuan Development Zone.First of all, the Yinchuan Development Zone project management software must be compatible with the traditional management methods of Yinchuan Development Zone, so as to facilitate the integration with the traditional management methods of Yinchuan Development Zone, and reduce the time of study and training.Improve efficiency.Second, it must be able to guarantee direct communication between the members of the project so that it can be used as a traditional chat tool; then it must be able to be used as a file transmitter,In this way, members of the team do not have to communicate with each other by setting up an email; finally, the system must take the concept of the project deep into the daily work, and the communication is for the project, and the files need to be associated with the project.This can solve the problem of unclear concept and loose management of the project.In this paper, a solution is put forward based on the requirements of management and assessment of attracting investment projects, that is, the development tools such as microsoft.net framework 3.5 Microsoft sqlserver 2005 and ftp protocol, are used in the development of microsoft.net framework ASP / PHP based on the Web system.This paper firstly introduces the key technologies of the .NET Framework SQL Server 2005, socket and so on, then analyzes the requirement background of Yinchuan Development Zone Investment invitation Management system in detail, and puts forward the account management and team management required by the system under the premise of satisfying the demand.Four modules, such as project control, project tracking, etc., and their respective functions are explained in detail, and then the flow and methods of each module are described respectively, and the interface and results are obtained by programming on this basis.Finally, the interface and function of the four modules are tested, and the expected goal is finally achieved.
