【摘要】：隨著我國能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,天然氣在我國能源消耗中所占的比重也逐年增大。相應的天然氣管道及沿線閥室的建設工程也越來越多。對于設在無市電地區(qū)的閥室來說,就需要構建一套安全穩(wěn)定的太陽能供電系統(tǒng),以滿足閥室內儀器儀表、通信監(jiān)控以及閥控裝置的正常用電需求。本文針對工程項目中的進度的問題,綜合運用項目管理經(jīng)典工具與方法,結合本工程的特點,深入分析,對工程中所出現(xiàn)的相關實際問題提出相應的解決之道。本文以項目管理理論為基礎,以A線閥室太陽能供電系統(tǒng)工程為案例分析對象。主要分析了該項目的進度管理問題,主要的內容包括：第一部分介紹了本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究目標和研究方法等內容。第二部分是文獻綜述,梳理了項目管理的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,同時對國內外有關的研究做出闡述,并指出項目管理發(fā)展和研究中存在的問題。第三部分簡單介紹了A線閥室太陽能供電系統(tǒng)工程,分析了該項目建設的主要內容和建設階段,并給出了項目建設的依據(jù)和目的,總結了項目的特點和管理中存在的問題。第四部分重點研究了A線閥室太陽能供電系統(tǒng)工程的進度管理問題,首先,分析了該項目進度控制的要求和意義；然后探究了該項目進度管理計劃的編制和實施；再次,重點闡述了該項目施工進度的控制；介紹了該項目進度管理中可能遇到的問題；最后一部分進行全文總結,并提出相關的對策建議,旨在為今后的工程項目管理工作提供一定的參考。本文靈活利用項目管理的相關理論,并與實際情況相對應,對A線閥室太陽能供電工程中的進度控制進行了分析,對項目實踐經(jīng)驗進行了總結。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's energy industry, the proportion of natural gas in China's energy consumption is increasing year by year.There are more and more construction projects of natural gas pipeline and valve chamber along the line.For the valve chamber which is located in the area without electricity, it is necessary to construct a safe and stable solar power supply system to meet the normal demand of instrument, communication monitoring and valve control device in the valve room.Aiming at the problem of the progress of the project, this paper synthetically applies the classical tools and methods of project management, combined with the characteristics of the project, deeply analyzes and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the related practical problems in the project.Based on the project management theory, this paper takes the A line valve chamber solar power supply system engineering as the case study object.The main contents are as follows: the first part introduces the research background, research significance, research objectives and research methods.The second part is a literature review, combing the development status of project management, at the same time, the related studies at home and abroad are expounded, and the problems in the development and research of project management are pointed out.The third part briefly introduces the solar power supply system engineering of A line valve chamber, analyzes the main content and construction stage of the project, and gives the basis and purpose of the project construction, summarizes the characteristics of the project and the existing problems in the management.The fourth part focuses on the progress management of the A line valve chamber solar power supply system project. Firstly, it analyzes the requirements and significance of the project progress control; then probes into the preparation and implementation of the project schedule management plan; thirdly,This paper focuses on the control of the construction progress of the project, introduces the problems that may be encountered in the progress management of the project, summarizes the full text in the last part, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The aim is to provide some reference for the project management in the future.This paper makes flexible use of the relevant theories of project management, and corresponding to the actual situation, analyzes the progress control in the solar power supply project of the A line valve chamber, and summarizes the practical experience of the project.
