敏捷制造模式下S半導(dǎo)體制造公司生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的研究與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:制造業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱,而半導(dǎo)體生產(chǎn)是目前世界上最復(fù)雜的制造系統(tǒng)之一,與其他制造系統(tǒng)相比,具有其自身的顯著特點(diǎn),如加工生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品品種豐富、工藝復(fù)雜、工藝步驟多、存在嚴(yán)重的不確定性及明顯的可重入現(xiàn)象等,因此在半導(dǎo)體制造企業(yè)中,依據(jù)客戶的需求及現(xiàn)有的資源,制定出合理的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃是一項(xiàng)非常重要的工作。本人所在的S半導(dǎo)體制造公司在將近二十年的發(fā)展中,生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的制定方法幾乎從未改變過,已愈來愈顯現(xiàn)出計(jì)劃與實(shí)際生產(chǎn)相脫節(jié)的問題,因此需要研究出一種適合的方法,對(duì)原有的公司內(nèi)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的制定方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化。本文在分析本企業(yè)內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃制定所存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃制定和優(yōu)化方面的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究和分析,吸取其中有用的理論,提出適合本企業(yè)半導(dǎo)體生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃制定的方法。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1)對(duì)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃制定及優(yōu)化的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究和歸納,尋求有價(jià)值的參考。2)對(duì)半導(dǎo)體生產(chǎn)線及其行業(yè)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行說明,并對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)及設(shè)備情況進(jìn)行分析歸納,從而進(jìn)一步說明當(dāng)前本企業(yè)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃制定的現(xiàn)行方法,及其存在的弊端。3)運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理中關(guān)鍵路徑法的相關(guān)知識(shí),對(duì)有設(shè)備資源約束下的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度進(jìn)行計(jì)劃,并配合分段生產(chǎn)的方法,達(dá)到均衡生產(chǎn)下縮短整體交貨期的目的。4)結(jié)合S企業(yè)的實(shí)際產(chǎn)品組合和工藝步驟,用實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。本文將在已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,分析并解決本企業(yè)內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃制定過程中存在的問題,從而使生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃制定更加合理,均衡生產(chǎn),達(dá)到縮短產(chǎn)品整體交貨期的目的,進(jìn)而快速的響應(yīng)客戶需求。對(duì)提高本企業(yè)生產(chǎn)水平、企業(yè)競爭力和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益都具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing industry is an important pillar of national economy, and semiconductor production is one of the most complex manufacturing systems in the world at present.There are many process steps, serious uncertainty and obvious reentrant phenomenon. Therefore, in semiconductor manufacturing enterprises, it is very important to make a reasonable production plan according to the customers' needs and existing resources.In the nearly 20 years of development of the S semiconductor manufacturing company I belong to, the method of making production plan has almost never changed, and the problem of disconnection between the plan and actual production has become increasingly apparent. Therefore, we need to develop a suitable method.Improve and optimize the original production planning method in the company.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the internal production planning of the enterprise, this paper studies and analyzes the domestic and foreign literature on the production planning and optimization, and draws on the useful theories.The method suitable for semiconductor production planning in our enterprise is put forward.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) to study and summarize the domestic and foreign literature on production planning and optimization, and to seek valuable reference. 2) to explain the semiconductor production line and its characteristics.The characteristics of products and equipment in the enterprise are analyzed and summarized, so as to further explain the current method of production planning in the enterprise, and its drawbacks. 3) using the relevant knowledge of the critical path method in project management.Planning the production schedule under the constraint of equipment resources, and cooperating with the method of subsection production to achieve the goal of shortening the overall delivery time under balanced production. 4) combining with the actual product combination and process steps of S enterprise, it is verified by actual cases.On the basis of the existing research results, this paper will analyze and solve the problems existing in the process of making the internal production plan of the enterprise, so as to make the production plan more reasonable, balance the production, and achieve the purpose of shortening the overall delivery time of the product.In order to quickly respond to customer needs.It is of great practical significance to improve the production level, competitiveness and economic benefit of the enterprise.
