【摘要】：如今,中國(guó)的整個(gè)商品混凝土行業(yè)已經(jīng)步入了快速發(fā)展期,同時(shí)對(duì)強(qiáng)勁拉動(dòng)有著很大程度的需求。本研究對(duì)商品混凝土構(gòu)成及其具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及這一行業(yè)的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)開展相應(yīng)分析,結(jié)合天府新區(qū)的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)投資新建攪拌站的可行性進(jìn)行研究。從多個(gè)方面分析其可行性,通過科學(xué)的分析方案并結(jié)合天府新區(qū)市的實(shí)際情況得出如下幾個(gè)結(jié)論:1、符合我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方向,與天府新區(qū)未來規(guī)劃發(fā)展趨勢(shì)一致,產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)具有發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?、采用層次分析法及模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)分析法建立構(gòu)造判斷矩陣等求得了可行性研究階段評(píng)價(jià)矩陣,表明了該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目極具有開發(fā)價(jià)值。3、技術(shù)方案可行,研究分析表明了天府新區(qū)混凝土生產(chǎn)技術(shù)成熟,不存在重大技術(shù)難題。4、天府新區(qū)投資新建攪拌站工程投資收益高,財(cái)務(wù)凈現(xiàn)值大于零,具有較大的投資價(jià)值�？梢�,本研究本項(xiàng)目具有較高投資價(jià)值,因此在天府新區(qū)新建攪拌站具有較強(qiáng)的可行性。為了爭(zhēng)奪市場(chǎng)的制高點(diǎn),建議公司盡快投入建設(shè)并投產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)。
[Abstract]:Today, China's entire commodity concrete industry has entered a period of rapid development, and there is a strong demand for strong pull.In this study, the composition of commercial concrete and its advantages as well as the emergence and development trend of this industry are analyzed, and the feasibility of investing in the new mixing station is studied according to the actual situation of Tianfu New District.Analyzing its feasibility from many aspects, through scientific analysis scheme and combining with the actual situation of Tianfu New District, we draw the following conclusions: 1, which accords with the direction of industry development in our country and is consistent with the future planning and development trend of Tianfu New District.The product market has the potential of development. AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish the evaluation matrix of the feasibility study stage. The results show that the construction project has the value of development and the technical scheme is feasible.The research and analysis show that the concrete production technology in Tianfu New area is mature, and there is no major technical problem .4.The investment income of new mixing station in Tianfu New area is high, the financial net present value is more than zero, and it has great investment value.Therefore, it is feasible to build a new mixing station in Tianfu New District.In order to compete for the commanding point of the market, it is recommended that the company be put into construction and operation as soon as possible.
