【摘要】：當(dāng)前企業(yè)的生存環(huán)境與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)要素已發(fā)生顯著變化,企業(yè)管理層面的變革與創(chuàng)新已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。為此,本文深入探析穿透式管理的實(shí)施,為企業(yè)管理創(chuàng)新提供新的視角與具有可操作性的實(shí)施方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the survival environment and competitive factors of enterprises have changed significantly, and the reform and innovation of enterprise management have become the top priority.Therefore, this paper probes into the implementation of penetrating management, and provides a new angle of view and operable implementation method for enterprise management innovation.
