【摘要】：信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及,既催生了信息量的爆炸,也讓傳媒業(yè)面臨著用戶流失、收入下滑的窘境。與此同時,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)還對新聞的生產(chǎn)模式造成了沖擊,使傳統(tǒng)傳媒集團的經(jīng)營遭遇危機,迫使傳媒行業(yè)開始啟動基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)平臺建設(shè)項目,力圖實現(xiàn)對數(shù)據(jù)資源的充分利用,以適應(yīng)市場環(huán)境的變化、謀求新的發(fā)展。本文從數(shù)據(jù)管理的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合X傳媒集團媒體業(yè)務(wù)的實際需求,對平臺可利用的數(shù)據(jù)、獲取渠道以及獲取方法進行梳理和分析,進而將數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘融入到新聞選題、用戶管理、廣告投放、運營監(jiān)控等工作中,為經(jīng)營提供幫助。論文對數(shù)據(jù)平臺項目管理過程中主要問題進行了分析,將項目的范圍鎖定于數(shù)據(jù)平臺在媒體業(yè)務(wù)中的應(yīng)用,選定集團旗下的A都市報為項目責(zé)任方,并重點針對項目需求識別以及信息安全管理兩項難點問題進行了深入的研究。在需求識別方面,首先對平臺涉及的業(yè)務(wù)部門進行調(diào)研,將平臺需實現(xiàn)的功能劃分為內(nèi)容管理、用戶管理、經(jīng)營管理等三類,并根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)部門的需求將其細化,形成完整的架構(gòu)設(shè)計,其后對各項功能的實現(xiàn)方式進行了深入的探討,使其具備可行性,最后運用項目管理工具對項目的實施進行了規(guī)劃；在信息安全管理方面,運用層次分析法對各風(fēng)險因素進行評估,確定對系統(tǒng)安全影響最大的三個因素是人為操作、黑客攻擊以及介質(zhì)保管不當(dāng),從管理和技術(shù)兩方面設(shè)計了防范方案。本論文的研究,為X傳媒集團在危機來臨之際的轉(zhuǎn)型提供了基礎(chǔ),特別是平臺的熱點發(fā)現(xiàn)功能中對搜索引擎熱詞篩選以及論壇熱點發(fā)現(xiàn)功能,都是較為創(chuàng)新的應(yīng)用,能夠為其它傳媒公司的數(shù)據(jù)平臺建設(shè)提供一定的參考。同時考慮了數(shù)據(jù)平臺與傳統(tǒng)項目相比的特殊性,在信息安全方面進行了管理和技術(shù)兩方面的規(guī)劃,大大降低了項目的安全風(fēng)險,也進而提升了項目的可行性以及可控性。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and the popularization of the Internet, the media industry is faced with the dilemma of the loss of users and the decline of income.At the same time, the Internet has also had an impact on the mode of production of news, resulting in a crisis in the operation of traditional media groups, forcing the media industry to start building a data platform based on the Internet.This paper tries to make full use of the data resources in order to adapt to the changes of the market environment and seek new development.From the point of view of data management, combined with the actual demand of media business in X Media Group, this paper combs and analyzes the data, access channels and methods available to the platform.Then the data analysis and data mining are integrated into the news topics, user management, advertising, operation monitoring and other work to provide help for the operation.This paper analyzes the main problems in the process of data platform project management, locks the scope of the project into the application of data platform in media business, and selects A Metropolis Daily, which is owned by Group A, as the party responsible for the project.Two difficult problems of project requirement identification and information security management are studied in detail.In the aspect of requirement identification, first of all, the business departments involved in the platform are investigated, and the functions of the platform are divided into three categories: content management, user management, management and management, and it is refined according to the needs of the business department.Form a complete framework design, then the realization of the various functions are deeply discussed to make it feasible, and finally use the project management tools to plan the implementation of the project; in the management of information security,Using AHP to evaluate the risk factors, it is determined that the three most important factors affecting the security of the system are human operation, hacker attack and improper storage of media. The prevention scheme is designed from the aspects of management and technology.The research of this paper provides the foundation for the transformation of X Media Group in the coming crisis, especially the hot word selection of search engine and the hot spot discovery function of forum in the hot spot discovery function of the platform, which are all relatively innovative applications.Can provide certain reference for other media company's data platform construction.At the same time, considering the particularity of the data platform compared with the traditional project, the management and technology planning of the information security is carried out, which greatly reduces the security risk of the project, and then improves the feasibility and controllability of the project.
