【摘要】：敏捷管理方法經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)從一種新興的管理手段逐步成為當(dāng)前軟件企業(yè)首選的開發(fā)管理方法。極限編程(XP),測(cè)試驅(qū)動(dòng)開發(fā)(TDD)等方式也被越來越多的中國(guó)軟件團(tuán)隊(duì)所使用。本文所介紹的Scrum方法是目前國(guó)際上應(yīng)用最廣泛的敏捷框架之一。它提供了一整套實(shí)踐框架和工具,涵蓋了軟件開發(fā)的整個(gè)過程,在具體實(shí)踐中也融合了其他敏捷方法中的具體做法,提高了軟件企業(yè)實(shí)施敏捷的成功率。首先介紹了Scrum方法的基礎(chǔ)概念,詳細(xì)分析了在軟件開發(fā)過程中引入Scrum方法的具體做法,將其與傳統(tǒng)開發(fā)管理加以比較。然后以Scrum在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目CZPOS中的應(yīng)用中,對(duì)Scrum在項(xiàng)目管理中優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,并使用層次分析法建立評(píng)價(jià)模型得出Scrum管理模式中關(guān)鍵因子。主要采用了文獻(xiàn)資料、案例分析、頭腦風(fēng)暴法、專家會(huì)議法、層次分析方法。分析Scrum在軟件項(xiàng)目管理中,資源管理、溝通管理、項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃方面的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和Scrum的關(guān)鍵因素,提出Scrum模式適用的最佳應(yīng)用方案。并且分析在實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用Scrum方法所帶來的變化,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)其他軟件企業(yè)的敏捷化過程具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:After years of development, agile management method has gradually become the preferred development management method for software enterprises from a new management method.Extreme programming (XP), test-driven development (TDD) and other methods are also used by more and more Chinese software teams.The Scrum method introduced in this paper is one of the most widely used agile frameworks in the world.It provides a set of practical framework and tools, covering the whole process of software development, and also integrates the specific practices of other agile methods in practice, and improves the success rate of software enterprises to implement Agile.Firstly, the basic concept of Scrum method is introduced, and the concrete method of introducing Scrum method into software development is analyzed in detail, which is compared with traditional development management.Then, the advantages and disadvantages of Scrum in project management are analyzed in the application of Scrum in the actual project CZPOS, and the key factors of Scrum management mode are obtained by using AHP to establish the evaluation model.Mainly used literature, case analysis, brainstorming, expert meeting, analytic hierarchy process.This paper analyzes the advantages of Scrum in software project management, resource management, communication management, project planning and the key factors of Scrum, and puts forward the best application scheme for Scrum mode.The change brought about by the application of Scrum method in practice is also analyzed, which can be used for reference in the agile process of other software enterprises in China.
