【摘要】：美國(guó)和印度兩國(guó)發(fā)展學(xué)前補(bǔ)償教育項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以主要概括為:積極認(rèn)識(shí)學(xué)前教育在個(gè)體和社會(huì)發(fā)展中的價(jià)值和意義;以法律法規(guī)的形式確立學(xué)前教育的性質(zhì)和地位;政府加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)前補(bǔ)償教育項(xiàng)目的管理,促進(jìn)學(xué)前教育有序發(fā)展;政府不斷擴(kuò)大對(duì)學(xué)前補(bǔ)償教育的財(cái)政支持,著力保障學(xué)前教育公平;提高參與學(xué)前補(bǔ)償教育項(xiàng)目工作人員的素質(zhì)和待遇,保障學(xué)前教育的質(zhì)量。這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)于我國(guó)處于弱勢(shì)地位的農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育的發(fā)展具有重要的借鑒和啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:The experience of developing pre-school compensatory education programs in the United States and India can be summarized as follows: to actively recognize the value and significance of preschool education in individual and social development, to establish the nature and status of preschool education in the form of laws and regulations;The government should strengthen the management of pre-school compensatory education project, promote the orderly development of preschool education, expand the financial support to pre-school compensatory education, and make great efforts to guarantee the equity of preschool education.To improve the quality and treatment of the staff participating in the preschool compensatory education program and ensure the quality of preschool education.These experiences have important reference and enlightening significance for the development of rural preschool education in the weak position of our country.
