【摘要】：針對(duì)裝備搶修效能評(píng)估問題,引入項(xiàng)目管理領(lǐng)域的工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)方法(Work Breakdown Structure,WBS)分析了系統(tǒng)的任務(wù)與流程,并以此為基礎(chǔ)建立了評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系;應(yīng)用改進(jìn)的層次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)確定了指標(biāo)權(quán)重,建立了基于灰色聚類法的評(píng)估模型,提出了指標(biāo)權(quán)重靈敏度分析方法。對(duì)某場(chǎng)站飛行保障裝備的搶修效能進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),得出聚類評(píng)估結(jié)果,并分析了指標(biāo)權(quán)重變化對(duì)評(píng)估結(jié)果的影響。為裝備搶修效能的評(píng)估與搶修力量建設(shè)提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:For the repair of equipment effectiveness evaluation, structure introduction of project management methods in the field of work breakdown (Work Breakdown Structure, WBS) analysis of the task and process of the system, and based on the established evaluation index system; the application of improved analytic hierarchy process (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) to determine the index weight, a grey clustering evaluation the method based on the model analysis method is put forward. A sensitivity index weight of station flight support equipment repair efficiency was evaluated, the clustering results of the assessment, and analyzed the influence of index weight change on the evaluation results. Provide a theoretical basis for the construction of power equipment repair and repair efficiency evaluation.
