臨海市教師培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的研究與分析

【摘要】:中小學(xué)教師是義務(wù)教育活動的重要角色,同時教學(xué)活動也是非常具有創(chuàng)造性的活動,中小學(xué)教師如何提高和應(yīng)用專業(yè)技能和現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為重要的課題。臨海市教育局如何優(yōu)化教育資源,如何展開現(xiàn)在教育技術(shù)的培訓(xùn)工作是當(dāng)前教師培訓(xùn)急需解決的問題。本文在此背景下設(shè)計臨海市中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)管理系統(tǒng)。 論文以臨海市中小學(xué)教師為培訓(xùn)對象進(jìn)行研究,首先對中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)背景和研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜合闡述,提出了論文的主要研究范圍。其次將系統(tǒng)劃分為培訓(xùn)計劃管理、培訓(xùn)項目管理、流程管理、結(jié)果管理和基本信息管理五大業(yè)務(wù)模塊,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)模塊進(jìn)行了業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計,并再造了業(yè)務(wù)流程。同時論文按老師、學(xué)校、培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)、教育局、系統(tǒng)管理員五種角色出發(fā),對系統(tǒng)的功能和包圖結(jié)果進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。最后論文從數(shù)據(jù)角度對系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,包括了系統(tǒng)的功能數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計。 中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)管理系統(tǒng)分擔(dān)了臨海市教育局的教師培訓(xùn)管理工作,節(jié)約了管理成本,同時強化了規(guī)范管理、任務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的管理理念,在實際應(yīng)用中能夠起到非常中重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Teachers in primary and secondary schools play an important role in compulsory education and teaching activities are also very creative activities. How to improve and apply professional skills and modern educational technology has become an important topic for primary and secondary school teachers.How to optimize the educational resources and how to carry out the training of educational technology is an urgent problem to be solved by Linhai Education Bureau.Under this background, this paper designs the Linhai primary and middle school teacher training management system.This paper takes the primary and middle school teachers in Linhai as the training object. Firstly, the background and research status of the primary and secondary school teacher training system are comprehensively expounded, and the main research scope of the paper is put forward.Secondly, the system is divided into five business modules: training plan management, training project management, process management, result management and basic information management.At the same time, according to the five roles of teacher, school, training institution, education bureau and system administrator, the paper designs the function of the system and the result of the package diagram.Finally, the data structure of the system is designed from the point of view of data, including the functional data analysis of the system and the design of the database table structure.The primary and secondary school teacher training management system shares the management work of the Linhai Education Bureau, saves the management cost, and strengthens the management concept of standardized management and task standardization.In practical applications can play a very important role.
