【摘要】：全球油氣地質(zhì)綜合研究與區(qū)域優(yōu)選是國(guó)土資源部油氣中心的一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)性、公益性研究工作。項(xiàng)目形成的資料種類和數(shù)量很多,海量地質(zhì)資料數(shù)據(jù)的綜合管理和開發(fā)利用急需信息化支持。同時(shí),項(xiàng)目中大量的項(xiàng)目文檔管理、進(jìn)度管理、工作量管理、質(zhì)量管理等信息也需要建立一套完整的管理信息系統(tǒng)。為此,單位在全球油氣地質(zhì)綜合研究與區(qū)域優(yōu)選項(xiàng)目中設(shè)立了課題,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目地質(zhì)資料和項(xiàng)目管理信息的綜合管理。本文主要是運(yùn)用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)框架,使用SQL Server軟件,以單位實(shí)際情況為基礎(chǔ),研究和設(shè)計(jì)了管理信息系統(tǒng)。該管理信息系統(tǒng)從業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)來看系統(tǒng)主要分為公共信息管理及項(xiàng)目管理兩大部分。公共信息主要是發(fā)布一些公開基礎(chǔ)性的信息或者資料,對(duì)信息瀏覽者沒有特殊限制；項(xiàng)目管理部分主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目基本信息、績(jī)效考評(píng)、原始數(shù)據(jù)的添加、控制、修改、刪除,及綜合數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析等功能,為保證數(shù)據(jù)安全對(duì)使用者有嚴(yán)格的身份審核和權(quán)限控制功能。本文建立的“全球油氣地質(zhì)綜合研究項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)”,集動(dòng)態(tài)信息、公共信息、全球油氣項(xiàng)目管理、經(jīng)費(fèi)工作量統(tǒng)計(jì)、原始數(shù)據(jù)管理于一體,解決當(dāng)前各種資料種類復(fù)雜、格式繁雜的局面,將現(xiàn)有油氣地質(zhì)項(xiàng)目資料進(jìn)行分類管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的快速查詢和檢索功能；解決當(dāng)前經(jīng)費(fèi)和工作量設(shè)計(jì)不規(guī)范的問題,提出經(jīng)費(fèi)和工作量的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理人員及時(shí)高效的管理和查看提供方便；實(shí)現(xiàn)全球油氣地質(zhì)綜合研究項(xiàng)目的信息化管理,提高項(xiàng)目管理的工作效率和管理決策水平。
[Abstract]:This paper studies and designs the management information system , which is based on the actual situation of the unit in the comprehensive research and regional optimization project of oil and gas geology in the world . The management information system is mainly divided into public information management and project management .
The project management part mainly realizes the functions of adding , controlling , modifying , deleting and integrating data statistics and analysis on the basic information of the project , the performance evaluation , the original data , the comprehensive data statistics , the analysis and the like , so as to ensure the data security to have strict identity auditing and authority control functions for the user .
To solve the problems of the current financial and workload design specifications , propose the design criteria of funds and workload , and provide the leadership and management personnel with timely and efficient management and review ;
Realize the information management of the global oil and gas geological comprehensive research project , improve the work efficiency and management decision - making level of project management .
