金川科技園員工培訓(xùn)的項目化管理研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國有色金屬企業(yè)產(chǎn)能過剩問題突出,高端產(chǎn)品開發(fā)能力薄弱,企業(yè)自身發(fā)展面臨瓶頸。國際市場美歐倡導(dǎo)實業(yè)回歸后,產(chǎn)品出口難度增大,國內(nèi)外有色金屬企業(yè)之間的競爭也越發(fā)激烈。在有色金屬企業(yè)新一輪轉(zhuǎn)型升級的過程中,員工培訓(xùn)在企業(yè)中的作用凸顯,但目前我國企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)體系還不完善,培訓(xùn)效果差強人意,急需引進先進的管理理念以優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)管理。而項目管理有相對完善的知識理論體系和相關(guān)工具、技術(shù)手段,在與其它應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域相結(jié)合的過程中取得了顯著的成效。將項目管理思想運用到企業(yè)的員工培訓(xùn)管理當(dāng)中,是因為培訓(xùn)具有明顯的項目特征,其管理過程也同項目管理的實際過程有極高的契合度。金川科技園是國內(nèi)有色金屬企業(yè)的典型代表,本文以金川科技園員工培訓(xùn)實際狀況為分析基礎(chǔ),詳細闡述了項目管理理論和員工培訓(xùn)理論。應(yīng)用SWOT分析法對金川科技園員工培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢、內(nèi)部劣勢、外部機會和外部威脅進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)金川科技園員工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)階段存在管理體系不健全,培訓(xùn)形式單一,獎懲機制不規(guī)范等問題。針對這些問題,本文從項目管理應(yīng)用于企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)的角度設(shè)計金川科技園員工培訓(xùn)管理,按照培訓(xùn)項目的啟動、培訓(xùn)項目的計劃、培訓(xùn)項目的實施、培訓(xùn)項目的控制以及培訓(xùn)項目的收尾等五大環(huán)節(jié)構(gòu)建金川科技園員工培訓(xùn)管理的過程模型,并有針對性的提供一系列實用的項目管理以及培訓(xùn)管理工具。以項目管理促進員工培訓(xùn)管理,可以幫助金川科技園有效配置培訓(xùn)資源,提高員工培訓(xùn)管理水平,增強培訓(xùn)針對性、實效性,同時也為有色金屬企業(yè)今后的長期發(fā)展提供有力的人力資源保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of overcapacity in China's non-ferrous metal enterprises is prominent, the development ability of high-end products is weak, and the enterprises themselves are facing the bottleneck. After the return of American and European industries to the international market, the difficulty of product export becomes more and more difficult. The competition between non-ferrous metal enterprises at home and abroad is becoming more and more intense. In the process of transformation and upgrading of non-ferrous metal enterprises, the role of staff training in enterprises is prominent, but at present, the training system of employees in Chinese enterprises is not perfect. The training effect is not satisfactory, it is urgent to introduce advanced management idea to optimize the training management, and the project management has relatively perfect knowledge theory system, related tools, technical means, Significant results have been achieved in the process of combining with other application fields. The application of project management to employee training management in enterprises is due to the obvious project characteristics of training. Jinchuan Science and Technology Park is a typical representative of non-ferrous metal enterprises in China. This paper analyzes the actual situation of staff training in Jinchuan Science and Technology Park. The project management theory and employee training theory are expounded in detail. The internal advantages, internal disadvantages, external opportunities and external threats of staff training in Jinchuan Science and Technology Park are analyzed by using SWOT method. It is found that there are some problems in staff training in Jinchuan Science and Technology Park at the present stage, such as imperfect management system, single training form, non-standard reward and punishment mechanism, etc. In view of these problems, This paper designs the staff training management of Jinchuan Science and Technology Park from the point of view of the application of project management in the training of enterprise staff, according to the start-up of the training project, the plan of the training project, the implementation of the training project. The process model of staff training management in Jinchuan Science and Technology Park is constructed by the control of the training project and the end of the training project. And provide a series of practical project management and training management tools. Project management to promote staff training management, can help Jinchuan Science and Technology Park to effectively allocate training resources, improve the level of staff training management, Enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of training, but also for the future long-term development of non-ferrous metal enterprises to provide strong human resources protection.
