【摘要】：教育籌資多元化政策為高校建設(shè)與發(fā)展帶來了充沛的資金來源,一時間,利用銀行信貸資金進(jìn)行負(fù)債項(xiàng)目投資是許多院校的共同選擇。隨著各種籌資的到位以及投資項(xiàng)目的全面鋪開,項(xiàng)目及財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)亦隨之而來。構(gòu)建內(nèi)控體系,強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部控制,可有效地規(guī)范項(xiàng)目管理,監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程,防范和化解風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Education financing diversification policy brings plenty of sources of funding for the construction and development of a time, debt project investment is a common choice for many colleges and universities in the use of bank credit funds. With all kinds of financing and investment projects in full swing, project and financial risk also comes. Construction of internal control system, strengthen internal control, effectively standardize the project management and implementation process of project monitoring, to prevent and resolve risks.
