【摘要】：近年來(lái)隨著我國(guó)高等院校辦學(xué)規(guī)模的逐步擴(kuò)大和教學(xué)質(zhì)量的不斷提升,對(duì)學(xué)校師資和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的要求也越來(lái)越高,同時(shí)高等院�；A(chǔ)設(shè)施作為學(xué)校健康持續(xù)發(fā)展的硬性條件,為高等院校師生的日常教學(xué)、生活和科研等活動(dòng)提供基本保障,其整個(gè)建設(shè)過(guò)程具有投資大、涉及面廣、建設(shè)周期長(zhǎng)和項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程復(fù)雜的特點(diǎn)。因此,如何從項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的基本環(huán)節(jié)入手來(lái)保證項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程的質(zhì)量,如何達(dá)到高等院校項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的預(yù)期質(zhì)量目標(biāo)就顯得特別重要。而施工質(zhì)量管理作為項(xiàng)目管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),是每一個(gè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)施工單位追求的終極目標(biāo),同時(shí)是項(xiàng)目施工企業(yè)得以持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。開(kāi)展高等院�；A(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究,對(duì)于保障項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的預(yù)期目標(biāo)和滿足學(xué)校的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文以東方學(xué)院1#教師公寓項(xiàng)目作為研究對(duì)象,首先從該項(xiàng)目的建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、施工流程、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、施工準(zhǔn)備五個(gè)方面對(duì)東方學(xué)院1#教師公寓項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目分解;其次,詳細(xì)制定施工的資源需求計(jì)劃、安全生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃等施工質(zhì)量計(jì)劃內(nèi)容,從施工準(zhǔn)備、施工階段和竣工驗(yàn)收三個(gè)階段制定建設(shè)質(zhì)量控制措施,從項(xiàng)目組織機(jī)構(gòu)及崗位職責(zé)、成品保護(hù)和質(zhì)量糾正三個(gè)方面來(lái)制定項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證體系及措施。還綜合運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理理論和質(zhì)量管理控制工具從施工準(zhǔn)備、建設(shè)質(zhì)量控制圖、因果圖和直方圖四個(gè)方面對(duì)施工階段的混凝土施工工程進(jìn)行綜合研究,并提出相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual expansion of the scale of running colleges and universities and the continuous improvement of teaching quality, the requirements for school teachers and infrastructure construction are becoming higher and higher. At the same time, as a hard condition for the healthy and sustainable development of colleges and universities, the infrastructure of colleges and universities provides a basic guarantee for the daily teaching, living and scientific research activities of teachers and students in colleges and universities, and the whole construction process has a large investment and covers a wide range of areas. The characteristics of long construction cycle and complex construction process. Therefore, how to start from the basic links of project construction to ensure the quality of the project construction process, How to achieve the expected quality target of university project construction is particularly important. As an important link of project management, construction quality management is the ultimate goal of every project construction unit. At the same time, it is the key to the sustainable development of project construction enterprises. It is of great significance to ensure the expected goal of the project construction and to meet the sustainable and healthy development of the school. This paper takes the "1#" teachers' apartment project in Oriental College as the research object, first of all, from the architectural design, structural design, construction process of the project, Progress plan, construction preparation five aspects of the Oriental College teachers' apartment project project decomposition; secondly, detailed construction resources demand plan, production safety plan and other construction quality planning content, from the construction preparation, To formulate construction quality control measures in the construction stage and the completion and acceptance stage, from the project organization and post responsibilities, Three aspects of product protection and quality correction to formulate project quality assurance system and measures. Also comprehensive use of project management theory and quality management control tools from construction preparation, construction quality control chart, The causality diagram and histogram are used to study the concrete construction project in the construction stage, and the corresponding quality improvement measures are put forward.
