【摘要】：近年來隨著人們生活水平的提高,各位家長對(duì)幼兒的教育也越來越重視。教育局和幼兒園也不斷的加強(qiáng)學(xué)前教育機(jī)構(gòu)信息管理的力度。昆明市也不例外,昆明市為加強(qiáng)幼兒、教師、幼兒園機(jī)構(gòu)、培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目等信息的管理采取一系列的措施,但是這些措施也只能是建立在原始的管理方式上。原始的管理方式存在著弊端,如數(shù)據(jù)的安全性得不到保證、數(shù)據(jù)檢索速度較慢、工作效率低等。為加快昆明市學(xué)前教育的管理工作的效率、提高數(shù)據(jù)共享、方便幼兒園用戶和教育局用戶的溝通,設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)昆明市學(xué)前教育管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為必然。通過分析國外成熟的學(xué)前教育管理系統(tǒng)以及國內(nèi)類似系統(tǒng)。確定該系統(tǒng)使用的技術(shù)架構(gòu)是B/S架構(gòu),使用面向?qū)ο蟮膉ava編程語言,運(yùn)用J2EE平臺(tái)和struts、 hibernate、spring的框架技術(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),采用的開發(fā)模式是MVC模式。通過SQL SERVER 2012對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。昆明市學(xué)前教育管理系統(tǒng)分為幼兒園用戶和教育局用戶。教育局用戶中的主要功能包括數(shù)據(jù)管理、項(xiàng)目管理、查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)管理。幼兒園用戶的主要業(yè)務(wù)是機(jī)構(gòu)管理、教職工管理、幼兒管理、數(shù)據(jù)校驗(yàn)上報(bào)。數(shù)據(jù)管理包括數(shù)據(jù)審核和數(shù)據(jù)校驗(yàn)上報(bào)。項(xiàng)目管理包括項(xiàng)目填報(bào)、項(xiàng)目信息表審核上報(bào)、項(xiàng)目審核。查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)中包括基本信息查詢和基本信息統(tǒng)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)管理包括幼兒園機(jī)構(gòu)維護(hù)、教育局機(jī)構(gòu)維護(hù)、機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)參數(shù)設(shè)置、項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)參數(shù)設(shè)置、填報(bào)項(xiàng)目權(quán)限分配、角色管理、用戶管理。機(jī)構(gòu)管理包括機(jī)構(gòu)信息維護(hù)、辦學(xué)條件維護(hù)、建筑信息維護(hù)、經(jīng)費(fèi)收入維護(hù)、經(jīng)費(fèi)支出維護(hù)、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)維護(hù)。教職工管理包括教師信息維護(hù)、培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)維護(hù)、培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目維護(hù)、培訓(xùn)記錄維護(hù)。幼兒管理主要是班級(jí)信息維護(hù)、幼兒信息維護(hù)、資助信息維護(hù)。數(shù)據(jù)校驗(yàn)上報(bào)管理包括數(shù)據(jù)校驗(yàn)和數(shù)據(jù)上報(bào)。昆明市學(xué)前教育管理系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行將提高教育局和幼兒園機(jī)構(gòu)工作人員的工作效率,增加機(jī)構(gòu)之間的溝通,節(jié)約大量的人力物力；將會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)幼兒、教師、幼兒園機(jī)構(gòu)、資助、培訓(xùn)等信息以及項(xiàng)目整個(gè)流程的綜合管理；還將會(huì)方便教育局統(tǒng)計(jì)范圍內(nèi)的幼兒園機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展情況,為學(xué)前教育的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

By analyzing the mature preschool education management system abroad and similar domestic systems, it is determined that the technical framework used in this system is the B / S architecture. Using the object-oriented java programming language, using the J2EE platform and strutshibernatespring framework technology to design, The development mode adopted is MVC mode. The database is designed through SQL SERVER 2012. The preschool education management system in Kunming is divided into kindergarten users and users of education bureau. The main functions of the users of education bureau include data management, project management, etc. The main business of kindergarten users is organization management, teaching staff management, infant management, data checking and reporting. Data management includes data auditing and data checking and reporting. The system management includes kindergarten institution maintenance, education bureau organization maintenance, agency data parameter setting, project data parameter setting, project data parameter setting. Power distribution, role management, user management. Organization management includes information maintenance of the organization, maintenance of school conditions, maintenance of building information, maintenance of financial revenue, maintenance of expenditure, Management of teaching staff includes maintenance of teacher information, maintenance of training funds, maintenance of training items, maintenance of training records. The operation of Kunming preschool education management system will improve the working efficiency of the staff of the education bureau and the kindergarten organization, and increase the communication between the institutions. It will save a lot of manpower and material resources; it will realize the integrated management of preschool children, teachers, kindergarten institutions, financial aid, training and the whole process of the project; it will also facilitate the development of kindergarten institutions within the scope of statistics of the Bureau of Education. For the development of preschool education laid the foundation.
