城市房屋拆遷管理GIS系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和國家的不斷強(qiáng)大,人民的生活水平也在逐漸地提高,這不僅僅是體現(xiàn)在吃,娛樂等方面,居住也是衡量人民生活水平的重要因素之一。而為了改善自己的居住環(huán)境,越來越多的農(nóng)村將被城鎮(zhèn)化,越來越多的房屋將被拆遷和進(jìn)行改造,且其數(shù)量和面積逐年呈遞增趨勢。而隨著拆遷工作量的不斷增多,拆遷過程中遇到的問題也越積越多,例如由于拆遷工作人員與當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦臏贤ㄈ绱嬖谡系K,就會使得拆遷人員無法按時間完成拆遷任務(wù)。而如果拆遷工作人員的技術(shù)不過關(guān),或者使用的拆遷工具不合格,也會引發(fā)很多意料之外的問題;與此同時,如未事先將拆遷所需的相關(guān)資料整理清楚,就盲目地開啟拆遷工作,也將在很大程度上影響拆遷的效率。因此,要保證拆遷工作能夠順利且圓滿地完成,必須事先做好溝通工作,把拆遷過程中可能會遇到的困難和解決辦法進(jìn)行梳理,進(jìn)而制定規(guī)范的拆遷制度,認(rèn)真地篩選每一個拆遷工作人員和拆遷設(shè)備,這樣才能保證拆遷工作的順利完成。 本課題將與GIS技術(shù)進(jìn)行結(jié)合,力求通過高效的管理方式,有效快速地解決城市房屋拆遷中遇到的問題。而隨著MapInfo地理信息的合理運用,,本文所采用的系統(tǒng)將可以實時預(yù)測拆遷的范圍和進(jìn)度。同時通過一定的改進(jìn),本GIS系統(tǒng)也可對拆遷工作所需要使用的費用進(jìn)行估算,從而實現(xiàn)了拆遷過程管理的規(guī)范化和合理化。最后將以UML建模方法和Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫為基礎(chǔ),對系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,從而保證拆遷成果的可行性和良好性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy and the country's growing stronger, people's life level has improved gradually, this is not only reflected in food, entertainment, living is one of the important factors to measure the standard of living. In order to improve their living environment, more and more rural urbanization will be more and more. The building will be demolished and reconstructed, and the number and area was increasing year by year. With the increasing workload of demolition, the demolition process encountered problems have piled up, such as the relocation of staff and local residents such as communication obstacles, will make the demolition workers unable to complete demolition tasks according to time. If the relocation of staff not to cross the border, or use the removal tool is not qualified, will cause a lot of problems at the same time, contrary to expectation; if no demolition will be required in advance The related data clearly, blindly open the demolition work, will also affect the removal efficiency to a great extent. Therefore, to ensure that the demolition work smoothly and successfully completed, must do communication work, the difficulties of reconciliation may encounter in the process of the solution to sort out, and then develop standardized demolition system carefully screened, each demolition staff and demolition equipment, so as to ensure the successful completion of the demolition work.
This topic will be combined with the GIS technology, through effective management mode, effectively solve the problem of housing demolition in the city. With the reasonable use of MapInfo geographic information system, this will be the demolition of the scope of real-time prediction and schedule. At the same time through some improvements, the GIS system can also be carried out estimation of the fees for the use of the need for the demolition work, demolition process management so as to realize the standardization and rationalization. Finally by UML modeling method and Oracle database as the basis for processing the data generated by the system, and ensure the feasibility of the results from the demolition and good.
