信息系統(tǒng)項目的風險管理研究

【摘要】:信息系統(tǒng)項目作為一種近年來興起的項目工程,伴隨新技術(shù)新知識而成長,具有極大的不確定性,面臨各種各樣的風險,常常導致項目目標的難以實現(xiàn),因此風險管理對于完成信息系統(tǒng)項目而言將具有極其重要的作用。本研究基于風險管理的基本理論知識,以X銀行與Y軟件公司合作開發(fā)X銀行網(wǎng)絡(luò)扁平化信息系統(tǒng)項目為例,詳細探討在信息系統(tǒng)項目中如何有效的實施風險管理,總結(jié)了該項目在信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理的優(yōu)點和不足之處,并結(jié)合以往項目實踐的經(jīng)驗和教訓,對信息項目風險管理未來的發(fā)展提出幾點建議。論文的主要內(nèi)容由下面幾部分組成:第一,在引言部分論述本研究的意義,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出這篇論文的研究目的;第二,對項目、信息系統(tǒng)項目、風險、風險管理等基本概念進行認定,闡述信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理的基本理論知識,指出風險管理工作由風險管理計劃編制、風險識別、風險分析、風險應(yīng)對控制、風險監(jiān)控等活動組成;第三,對X銀行與Y軟件公司合作開發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)扁平化項目進行整體論述,特別是把重心放在對扁平化項目建設(shè)背景和項目需求的介紹上。 第四,結(jié)合信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理理論的基本模型,嚴格按照風險管理計劃編制、風險識別、風險分析、風險應(yīng)對控制、風險監(jiān)控五個階段詳細論述X銀行網(wǎng)絡(luò)扁平化項目的風險管理過程,尤其是把重點突出在對風險的應(yīng)對控制上,把風險按照范圍風險、溝通風險、人力資源風險、進度風險、成本風險、質(zhì)量風險進行分類,對每一類風險都歸納整理出一系列有效的應(yīng)對措施。第五,對X銀行網(wǎng)絡(luò)扁平化項目風險管理的不足之處進行總結(jié),說明該項目發(fā)生延期的原因。最后,結(jié)合X銀行扁平化項目的經(jīng)驗教訓,對信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理進行展望,提出信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理的幾點改進方面。研究結(jié)論如下:(1)充分運用已有的風險管理的理論知識,以推動信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理實踐工作;(2)增強全員風險意識,打造企業(yè)風險文化氛圍;(3)積累風險管理經(jīng)驗,完善風險管理數(shù)據(jù)庫;(4)培養(yǎng)專業(yè)的項目風險管理人才。 本研究通過對自己參與過的一個信息系統(tǒng)項目實踐案例的分析,從項目實踐中歸納總結(jié)出了一些風險管理方面的觀點和看法,希望為信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理的理論知識提供更為直觀的經(jīng)驗參考,從而為深入探討信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理在實踐中的運用以及信息系統(tǒng)項目風險管理理論的自身發(fā)展起到一定的促進作用。
[Abstract]:The information system project, as a kind of project project that rises in recent years, grows with the new technology and new knowledge. It has great uncertainty and faces various risks, which often leads to the difficulty of realizing the project objectives. Therefore, risk management will play an extremely important role in completing the information system project. Based on the basic theoretical knowledge of risk management, this study takes X Bank and Y Software Company as an example to develop the X Bank network flat information system project. How to effectively implement risk management in the information system project is discussed in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the project in the information system project risk management are summarized, and combined with the experience and lessons of the past project practice, Some suggestions on the future development of information project risk management are put forward. The main content of this paper is composed of the following parts: first, in the introduction part, the significance of this study is discussed, and the current research situation of information system project risk management at home and abroad is summarized. The purpose of this paper is put forward. Secondly, the basic concepts of project, information system project, risk and risk management are identified, and the basic theoretical knowledge of information system project risk management is expounded. It is pointed out that risk management is composed of risk management plan, risk identification, risk analysis, risk response control, risk monitoring and so on. Thirdly, the project of flat network developed jointly by X Bank and Y Software Company is discussed as a whole. In particular, focus on the flat project construction background and project needs on the introduction. Fourth, combining the basic model of information system project risk management theory, strictly according to the risk management plan, risk identification, risk analysis, risk response control, The risk management process of X bank network flat project is discussed in detail in the five stages of risk monitoring. Especially, the emphasis is placed on the control of risk, and the risk is controlled according to scope risk, communication risk, human resource risk and progress risk. The cost risk and quality risk are classified, and a series of effective countermeasures are summed up for each kind of risk. Fifth, the deficiency of risk management of X bank network flat project is summarized. Finally, combining with the experience and lessons of X bank flat project, the paper looks forward to the risk management of information system project. Several aspects of improving risk management of information system project are put forward. The conclusions are as follows: 1) making full use of the existing theoretical knowledge of risk management in order to promote the practice of risk management in information system project. Build the enterprise risk culture atmosphere to accumulate the risk management experience, perfect the risk management database to train the professional project risk management personnel. Based on the analysis of a practical case of an information system project in which I have participated, this study sums up some viewpoints and views on risk management from the project practice. It is hoped to provide a more intuitive experience reference for the theoretical knowledge of information system project risk management. So it can promote the application of information system project risk management in practice and the development of information system project risk management theory.
