【摘要】:紡織服裝產業(yè)作為石獅市支柱產業(yè),2012年其產值達600億元,占工業(yè)總產值的51%。為了維持石獅市服裝產業(yè)持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展,石獅市提出了建立東方米蘭的時裝創(chuàng)意城計劃。從2013年石獅《紡織產業(yè)集群可持續(xù)發(fā)展報告》中可以看到,服裝創(chuàng)意產業(yè)在以“時尚與產業(yè)的結合”、“時尚與市場的結合”、“時尚與品牌的結合”指導方針下,服飾創(chuàng)意公司在石獅市的發(fā)展勢頭良好。2007年,Boo Been服飾創(chuàng)意公司在東方的“米蘭”石獅市成立。Boo Been服飾作為一個新成立的公司,還處于發(fā)展中的摸索階段。設計戰(zhàn)略管理、設計事務管理和設計項目管理的模式已經建立,但隨著公司力量的壯大,原有的模式在實際的運行中存在效率低下、成本控制居高不下、財務混亂、品質優(yōu)劣不齊等現(xiàn)象。如何保持健康發(fā)展到壯大,公司的決策層在積極摸索的同時,也希望有系統(tǒng)的理論指導。受Boo Been服飾創(chuàng)意公司創(chuàng)始人委托,在針對Boo Been服飾創(chuàng)意公司現(xiàn)狀調查的基礎上,基于完善公司管理體系,提出對公司未來發(fā)展方向的建議。本論文采用SWOT的態(tài)勢歸納方法,分析Boo Been服飾創(chuàng)意公司發(fā)展所具有的優(yōu)、劣勢,討論公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及其可能存在的風險;圍繞優(yōu)化Boo Been服飾創(chuàng)意公司設計管理的目的,從設計戰(zhàn)略管理、設計事務管理、設計項目管理三個方面,對比分析論述設計管理具體理論與辦法,建立了設計管理體系;為了保證設計管理體系時效,借鑒其它設計公司優(yōu)秀管理經驗,從健康長遠地發(fā)展思路出發(fā),建議公司對文化創(chuàng)新、管理組織結構優(yōu)化、績效考核與激勵管理,落實設計管理的保障體系。行業(yè)品牌的時代以不可阻擋的趨勢到來,助推服裝產業(yè)的升級,設計創(chuàng)新推動市場細分,都預示設計在這個時代將扮演重要的角色,服裝創(chuàng)意公司有廣闊的前景。類似Boo Been服飾創(chuàng)意公司之類工作室性質的小型設計公司,以單一的造型服務為主,如果品牌意識和創(chuàng)新意識不強,以及管理不慎,生存狀態(tài)也會舉步維艱。
[Abstract]:As a pillar industry of Shishi City, textile and garment industry produced 60 billion yuan in 2012, accounting for 51% of total industrial output value.In order to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of the clothing industry in Shishi City, Shishi City has proposed the plan of establishing a fashion creative city in Eastern Milan.From the 2013 Shishi Textile Industry Cluster Sustainable Development report, we can see that the clothing creative industry is under the guidelines of "combination of fashion and industry", "combination of fashion and market", "combination of fashion and brand".In 2007, Boo Been Costume Creative Co., Ltd. was set up in "Milan" in the East, as a new company, it is still in the groping stage of development.The models of design strategy management, design affairs management and design project management have been established. However, with the strength of the company, the original mode is inefficient, the cost control is high, and the finance is chaotic.The quality is not equal and so on.How to maintain a healthy development to grow, the company's decision-making level while actively groping, but also hope to have systematic theoretical guidance.Entrusted by the founder of Boo Been Costume Creative Company, based on the investigation of the current situation of Boo Been Costume Creative Company, and based on the improvement of the company's management system, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of the company.This paper adopts SWOT's situation induction method, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Boo Been clothing Creative Company, discusses the development strategy of the company and its possible risks, and focuses on the purpose of optimizing the design management of Boo Been Costume Creative Company.From three aspects of design strategy management, design transaction management and design project management, this paper compares and discusses the concrete theory and method of design management, establishes the design management system, in order to ensure the design management system,Using the excellent management experience of other design companies for reference, from the view of healthy and long-term development, it is suggested that the company should carry out the guarantee system of design management for cultural innovation, optimization of management organization structure, performance appraisal and incentive management.The era of industry brand comes with the unstoppable trend, which boosts the upgrading of garment industry and promotes market segmentation by design innovation, all of which indicate that design will play an important role in this era, and the clothing creative companies have broad prospects.Small studio design companies like Boo Been Costume Creative Company, with a single styling service, can struggle to survive if brand awareness and innovation are not strong, and management is careless.
