【摘要】：無可厚非,當(dāng)今社會的經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速的進(jìn)步中,而中山市環(huán)境保護(hù)局的民眾分局索要面對的環(huán)保的項目也在慢慢增加,所以現(xiàn)在迫切地需要對中山市環(huán)境保護(hù)局民眾分局所要面對的環(huán)保項目來研發(fā)一個環(huán)保項目信息管理系統(tǒng),用以促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 本論文在一開始分析了當(dāng)前中山市環(huán)境保護(hù)局民眾分局環(huán)保項目的研究背景,并且從其內(nèi)部的需求作為考慮點,隨后利用了工作流的軟件工程的理論知識,深入分析了中山市環(huán)境保護(hù)局民眾分局的環(huán)保項目信息管理系統(tǒng),之后立足于環(huán)境保護(hù)局民眾分局環(huán)保項目信息管理所需要滿足的功能,設(shè)計出了集基礎(chǔ)信息管理、項目申報管理、環(huán)評審批管理、環(huán)保驗收管理、日常監(jiān)理以及后臺系統(tǒng)管理為一身的信息管系統(tǒng)。接下去的部分,在系統(tǒng)的需求分析的分析部分,立足于工作流的理論知識的角度,接著對上文說明了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求、功能需求以及數(shù)據(jù)需求三個方面。并且利用了包圖等對系統(tǒng)的功能模塊的工作流程進(jìn)行了表述,隨后基于系統(tǒng)的功能需求的基礎(chǔ)上,完成了對系統(tǒng)的后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的具體設(shè)計。并且給出了實體類關(guān)系圖和數(shù)據(jù)表結(jié)構(gòu)來完善系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析。從而完成了對中山市環(huán)境保護(hù)局民眾分局環(huán)保項目管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計工作與整體分析。
[Abstract]:There is no doubt that the rapid economic progress of today's society, and the Zhongshan Environmental Protection Bureau of the people's Bureau of environmental protection in the face of environmental protection projects are also slowly increasing. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop an information management system for environmental protection projects to promote economic development in the environmental protection bureau of Zhongshan City. At the beginning of this paper, the research background of the environmental protection project of Zhongshan Environmental Protection Bureau is analyzed, and then the theory of workflow software engineering is used as the consideration point from its internal requirements. This paper deeply analyzes the environmental protection project information management system of Zhongshan Environmental Protection Bureau, and then based on the functions that environmental protection bureau needs to meet, it designs a set of basic information management. The information management system of project declaration management, environmental assessment examination and approval management, environmental protection acceptance management, daily supervision and backstage system management. Based on the theoretical knowledge of workflow, then the business requirements, functional requirements and data requirements of the system are described above, and the workflow of the system function module is described by using the package diagram. Then, based on the functional requirements of the system, The concrete design of the background database of the system is completed, and the entity class relation diagram and data table structure are given to perfect the data analysis of the system. Thus, the management of the environmental protection project of Zhongshan Environmental Protection Bureau is completed. System design and overall analysis.
