【摘要】:目前,我國從事模具研究開發(fā)的專業(yè)性研究所普遍采用excel表格填寫表單,人工傳遞消息,以及現(xiàn)有ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行企業(yè)運作流程管理。由于模具企業(yè)具有業(yè)務(wù)流程復(fù)雜、工藝繁瑣等特點,現(xiàn)有管理系統(tǒng)缺乏系統(tǒng)的管理和規(guī)劃,并且其使用范圍僅局限于財務(wù)等職能部門,因此無法滿足模具企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理的需求。另外,現(xiàn)有模具管理系統(tǒng)通常不具備文檔管理功能,因此企業(yè)無法有效管理業(yè)務(wù)流程處理中上傳的大量文檔和表單,降低了員工的工作效率。本文提出了一種面向模具行業(yè)的工作流管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)是基于Activiti流程引擎。該系統(tǒng)還通過對業(yè)務(wù)流程的有效整合、管理與協(xié)同,優(yōu)化了現(xiàn)有模具生產(chǎn)管理組織的結(jié)構(gòu),提高了企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)上的管理能力,各部門間的協(xié)同辦公效率也有很大的提升,從而實現(xiàn)了模具生產(chǎn)的系統(tǒng)性管理。模具企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)可分為三大流程,分別為項目流程、零件流程以及工序流程,所有流程下總共有100多個小任務(wù),Activiti會根據(jù)企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程驅(qū)動這些任務(wù),這樣可實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)消息的自動傳遞及流程模塊的有效拆分與管理。對項目管理者而言,可以通過系統(tǒng)輕松的掌控項目進(jìn)度;對任務(wù)執(zhí)行者而言,可以使其只將重點放在與自己相關(guān)的工作上,而不用在任務(wù)交接、協(xié)同等方面花費時間。此外,如果項目流程發(fā)生了變化,activiti也可以不修改每一小功能模塊的源代碼,只重新編排任務(wù),即可完成新流程中的各個功能,有利于不同模具項目的維護(hù)。本文介紹了系統(tǒng)中部分重要任務(wù)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),包括表單的設(shè)計、Excel中數(shù)據(jù)的導(dǎo)入與導(dǎo)出,本文在系統(tǒng)中增加了文檔管理的功能模塊,此模塊嵌入在業(yè)務(wù)流程當(dāng)中,會將一個項目下所有的文檔和表單,以樹形的結(jié)構(gòu)展現(xiàn)給員工,每個員工都有相應(yīng)的權(quán)限對文檔和表單進(jìn)行上傳和下載,每次上傳下載都會生成一條記錄,以確保文件的安全性。
[Abstract]:At present, the professional research institutes engaged in mould research and development generally use excel forms to fill out forms, transmit messages manually, and manage the operation process of enterprises with existing ERP system. The existing management system lacks systematic management and planning, and its scope of use is limited to the functional departments such as finance, so it can not meet the needs of the production management of die and mould enterprises. Existing mold management systems usually do not have document management capabilities, so the enterprise can not effectively manage the large number of documents and forms uploaded in business process processing. This paper presents a workflow management system for mould industry, which is based on Activiti process engine. Optimized the existing die production management organization structure, enhanced the enterprise business management ability, each department cooperation office efficiency also has the very big enhancement, Thus, the systematic management of mould production is realized. The business of mould enterprises can be divided into three main processes, namely, project flow, part flow and process flow. There are more than 100 small tasks under all processes, Activiti drives these tasks according to the enterprise business process, which enables the automatic delivery of messages within the system and the efficient splitting and management of process modules. You can easily control the progress of the project through the system; for the task executor, you can focus only on the work that is relevant to you, instead of spending time on the task transfer, collaboration, etc. In addition, If there is a change in the project process, you can complete the functions in the new process without modifying the source code of each small function module and simply rearranging the tasks, This paper introduces the design and implementation of some important tasks in the system, including the design and export of data in Excel, and adds the function module of document management in the system. Embedded in the business process, this module presents all documents and forms under a project to employees in a tree structure, each employee has the appropriate authority to upload and download documents and forms. A record is generated for each upload and download to ensure file security.
