【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)全面開放,建筑業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇,國(guó)內(nèi)諸多建筑設(shè)計(jì)院將直接面臨國(guó)內(nèi)外各種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的強(qiáng)有力的挑戰(zhàn)。為了增強(qiáng)自身市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并贏得先機(jī),建筑設(shè)計(jì)單位必須進(jìn)行經(jīng)營(yíng)管理思路改革創(chuàng)新,吸納國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)單位的先進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),把起點(diǎn)設(shè)置到“巨人”的肩膀上,從高視角進(jìn)行起步,逐步建立起符合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的管理模式。本文首先論述了建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理的概念及其特點(diǎn),隨之對(duì)我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)單位項(xiàng)目管理狀況做了較深入的分析,指出當(dāng)前我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理主要存在的問題是缺乏科學(xué)的質(zhì)量管理機(jī)制,進(jìn)度控制困難,成本控制不合理,缺乏合理的人力資源管理體系,以及缺乏科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制體系。最后以A公司為例,對(duì)其進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理的具體情況進(jìn)行了介紹,找出A公司在項(xiàng)目管理中存在的最大問題是人力資源管理及配置問題,并且就該問題以A公司的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目情況為例提出解決辦法。希望對(duì)A公司乃至全行業(yè)今后在設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)用方面盡微薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the full opening of the architectural design industry in China and the increasing competition in the construction market, many domestic architectural design institutes will directly face the powerful challenges from their domestic and foreign competitors. In order to enhance their market competitiveness and win the first chance, The architectural design unit must reform and innovate the management thinking, absorb the advanced design management experience of the excellent design units at home and abroad, set the starting point on the shoulders of the "giant", and start from a high angle of view. This paper first discusses the concept and characteristics of architectural design project management, and then makes a deeper analysis of the project management situation of architectural design units in China. It is pointed out that the main problems of architectural design project management in our country are lack of scientific quality management mechanism, difficulty in schedule control, unreasonable cost control and lack of reasonable human resource management system. And the lack of a scientific project risk control system. Finally, taking company A as an example, this paper introduces the specific situation of project management, and finds out that the biggest problem in project management is human resource management and configuration. Taking the actual project situation of company A as an example, this paper puts forward some solutions to this problem. It is hoped that it will be helpful to company A and the whole industry in the design project management application in the future.
