【摘要】：旅游業(yè)是一項(xiàng)關(guān)聯(lián)度大、拉動(dòng)性強(qiáng)、資源永續(xù)利用的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。它不僅可以帶動(dòng)交通運(yùn)輸、商業(yè)購物、電信通訊、餐飲服務(wù)、文化娛樂等各相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,還為解決社會(huì)就業(yè)、擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、拉動(dòng)消費(fèi)起著積極的推動(dòng)作用。旅游是人民生活質(zhì)量提高的重要標(biāo)志,是現(xiàn)代文明的生活方式之一,是人們追求提高精神享受層次的目標(biāo)和途徑,是現(xiàn)在及未來居民消費(fèi)的三大熱點(diǎn)之一。本文以項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論和方法為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)齊河水族大世界海洋館建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行了研究。首先,文章闡述了選題的背景和意義,研究國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并對(duì)論文的主要內(nèi)容、技術(shù)路線和相關(guān)理論作了介紹。接著,針對(duì)齊河水族大世界海洋館建設(shè)項(xiàng)目概況進(jìn)行分析,介紹該項(xiàng)目的基本情況、實(shí)施進(jìn)度、建設(shè)內(nèi)容以及項(xiàng)目市場(chǎng)環(huán)境分析等。然后對(duì)齊河水族大世界海洋館建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別。通過定性分析指出齊河水族大世界海洋館建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可以分為社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和項(xiàng)目管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。對(duì)各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)一步分析,提出了各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的組成。接下來進(jìn)行齊河水族大世界海洋館建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)。利用層次分析法和模糊評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)齊河水族大世界海洋館建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明項(xiàng)目整體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在較低等級(jí),項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在可接受的范圍內(nèi)。項(xiàng)目所存在的社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較小,施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在較低和一般之間,資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在較低和一般之間,管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在較低和一般之間。按風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大小排序?yàn)樵擁?xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)水平從高到低的排序?yàn)椋嘿Y金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最后,提出齊河水族大世界海洋館建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施。根據(jù)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別和評(píng)價(jià),論文對(duì)齊河水族大世界海洋館建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)進(jìn)行了分析和設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Tourism is a new industry with high correlation, strong pull and sustainable utilization of resources. It can not only promote the development of transportation, commercial shopping, telecommunications, catering service, cultural entertainment and other related industries. It also plays a positive role in promoting social employment, expanding domestic demand and stimulating consumption. Tourism is an important symbol of the improvement of people's quality of life and one of the modern civilized ways of life. It is the goal and way for people to improve the level of spiritual enjoyment and is one of the three hot spots in the consumption of present and future residents. This paper is based on the theory and method of project risk management. This paper studies the risk management of Qihe aquarium construction project. Firstly, the paper expounds the background and significance of the topic, studies the relevant literature at home and abroad, and discusses the main contents of the paper. The technical route and related theories are introduced. Then, the general situation of the construction project of Qihe Aquarium World Oceanographic Museum is analyzed, and the basic situation and implementation progress of the project are introduced. The construction contents and the market environment of the project are analyzed, and then the risk identification of the construction project of the Qihe Aquarium World Oceanographic Museum is carried out. Through qualitative analysis, it is pointed out that the risk of the construction project of the Qihe Aquarium World Oceanographic Museum can be divided into social risks. Technical risk, capital risk, construction risk and project management risk. The composition of each risk factor is put forward. Then the risk assessment of the construction project of Qihe Water National World Oceanographic Museum is carried out. The risk of the construction project of Qihe Water National World Oceanographic Museum is evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy evaluation method. Evaluation results show that the overall risk of the project is at a lower level, Project risk is acceptable. The social and technical risks of the project are smaller, the construction risk is lower and general, the financial risk is between lower and general, The ranking of risk factors of the project from high to low is: capital risk, construction risk, management risk, technical risk and social risk. According to the identification and evaluation of the risk, the paper analyzes and designs the risk response of the construction project of Qihe Aquarium World Oceanographic Museum.
