【摘要】：園林設(shè)計的目的就是要創(chuàng)造“第二自然”,為人們提供相對舒適的公共活動空間,接近景觀設(shè)計能夠給人以美的享受。而將園林設(shè)計概念、風(fēng)格在頭腦中轉(zhuǎn)為現(xiàn)實的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)就是園林施工,因此園林施工的好壞直接決定了園林最終的藝術(shù)效果。這種“腦力勞動”與“體力勞動”的組合與一般工程施工相比有著管理方法上共同性也有差異性,因此在園林項目工程施工中對于施工進(jìn)度管控、施工質(zhì)量管控以及成本控制等方面都需要具體問題具體分析。尤其是目前階段,國內(nèi)針對園林工程項目施工的相關(guān)研究還并不完善,從具體項目出發(fā)對園林工程施工管理相關(guān)問題的研究具有多方面的理論與現(xiàn)實意義。對此,本文研究建立在項目管理、工程管理以及園林設(shè)計理論基礎(chǔ)上,將昌邑市園林工程施工管理相關(guān)問題作為研究對象,并選取昌邑市濰水濕地公園改造項目作為典型案例進(jìn)行分析,探討現(xiàn)階段園林項目施工中普遍存在的問題,并基于相關(guān)問題總結(jié)相關(guān)完善措施,為施工單位管理水平的提升提供參考。1、從背景角度分析園林工程項目的發(fā)展和前景,討論本文研究的理論與現(xiàn)實意義,并結(jié)合以往國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究成果提出本文的研究方法與研究思路;2、闡述了園林設(shè)計、施工以及施工管理等方面的問題,為后文的進(jìn)一步論述提供鋪墊;3、選取了昌邑市濰水濕地公園改造項目作為案例進(jìn)行分析,討論該項目施工中的多方面問題以及施工現(xiàn)場存在的問題;4、從進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、成本管理三個角度提出完善措施,以期為類似園林項目施工管理體系的完善提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:The purpose of landscape design is to create "second nature", to provide people with relatively comfortable public activity space, close to the landscape design can give people a beautiful enjoyment. The key to turning style into reality in the mind is garden construction. Therefore, the quality of the garden construction directly determines the ultimate artistic effect of the garden. Therefore, the construction schedule control, construction quality control and cost control in the construction of garden projects need to be analyzed concretely, especially in the current stage. The domestic research on the construction of garden engineering project is not perfect. The research on the related problems of garden engineering construction management has many theoretical and practical significance from the point of view of specific projects. In this paper, the research is based on the project management. On the basis of engineering management and garden design theory, this paper takes Changyi city garden engineering construction management as the research object, and selects Changyi Weishui Wetland Park renovation project as a typical case to analyze. This paper probes into the common problems existing in the construction of garden projects at present, and summarizes the relevant consummation measures based on the related problems, which provides a reference for the improvement of the management level of the construction units, and analyzes the development and prospects of the garden engineering projects from the perspective of background. This paper discusses the theoretical and practical significance of this study, and puts forward the research methods and research ideas of this paper combined with the previous research results of domestic and foreign scholars, and expounds the problems in landscape design, construction and construction management, and so on. For the further discussion of the following article, the paper selects the reconstruction project of the Weishui Wetland Park in Changyi City as a case study, discusses the various problems in the construction of the project and the problems existing in the construction site. Three aspects of cost management are put forward in order to provide some reference for the improvement of similar garden project construction management system.
