【摘要】：項目管理方法和應(yīng)用工具的不斷完善和創(chuàng)新,使得項目管理技術(shù)日臻成熟,并大大拓展了項目管理技術(shù)方法的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。國家審計項目管理和現(xiàn)代項目管理在理論和實務(wù)兩方面都具有高度的一致性,項目管理的絕大部分技術(shù)都能在國家審計項目管理中得到應(yīng)用和推廣,包括審計項目的計劃管理、成本管理、進度管理、風(fēng)險管理、后評估等多個方面。充分借鑒項目管理技術(shù),可以有效解決我國國家審計項目管理中存在的缺乏審計項目管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、項目控制流于形式、審計質(zhì)量控制流程薄弱、審計風(fēng)險控制能力差、審計效率低下等突出問題,促進審計工作的科學(xué)化和規(guī)范化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement and innovation of project management methods and application tools, the technology of project management is maturing day by day. And has greatly expanded the project management technical method application domain. The national audit project management and the modern project management has the high consistency in the theory and the practice two aspects, The vast majority of project management techniques can be applied and promoted in national audit project management, including project planning management, cost management, schedule management, risk management, Many aspects, such as post-evaluation, can effectively solve the lack of auditing project management standards, project control is formalized, and the audit quality control process is weak, which can draw full reference from the project management technology, and can effectively solve the problem of the lack of audit project management standards in our country's national audit project management. Audit risk control ability is poor, audit efficiency is low and so on, which promote the scientific and standardization of audit work.
