【摘要】：全面推進扶貧開發(fā)工作是黨中央、國務院的重要戰(zhàn)略部署,對推動貧困地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展有著積極的意義。廣東省、江門市等政府先后出臺了多項方案大力推動城鄉(xiāng)扶貧開發(fā)工作。臺山市政府結(jié)合本地實際制定了具體工作方案,在江門市扶貧工作方案的基礎上又增加了新的工作內(nèi)容。然而,全市目前統(tǒng)一使用的江門市扶貧開發(fā)信息管理系統(tǒng)只有貧困村和農(nóng)村貧困戶的信息管理,主要由扶貧辦工作人員和貧困村駐村干部使用,管理功能和使用對象已經(jīng)無法滿足新一輪扶貧工作的要求。因此,在當前扶貧工作方案的指導下,開發(fā)一套結(jié)合本地實際情況的扶貧信息管理系統(tǒng),對于推動臺山市新一輪扶貧開發(fā)工作有著重要的意義。論文介紹了臺山市扶貧開發(fā)信息管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項目意義和目前的研究與應用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)存在的問題、組織機構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務流程等進行了分析,給出了改造后的業(yè)務流程；在功能分析中,論文通過用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析,給出了實體類關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對所做的研究與分析工作進行了總結(jié),并對進一步的工作進行了展望。
[Abstract]:It is an important strategic arrangement of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to comprehensively promote the work of poverty alleviation and development, which is of positive significance to promoting economic and social development in poverty-stricken areas. Jiangmen City and other governments have successively issued several programs to vigorously promote urban and rural poverty alleviation and development. The Taishan City government has formulated specific work plans in the light of local practice, adding new work content to Jiangmen's poverty alleviation work plan. However, The information management system for poverty alleviation and development in Jiangmen City, which is currently used in a unified manner in Jiangmen City, has only the information management of poor villages and poor rural households, and is mainly used by poverty-stricken office workers and village cadres in poor villages. The management function and the target audience can no longer meet the requirements of the new round of poverty alleviation work. Therefore, under the guidance of the current poverty alleviation work programme, a poverty alleviation information management system that takes into account local realities has been developed, It is of great significance to promote a new round of poverty alleviation and development in Taishan City. This paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of the information management system for poverty alleviation and development in Taishan City. In the business analysis, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, the organization, the original business process, and gives the revamped business process. Through the use case analysis and use case description, the function of the system is clarified, and the overall function package diagram and the sub-function package diagram of the system are given, and in the data analysis, the data needed to be processed by each function of the system are analyzed. The entity class diagram is given and the database table structure is established. Finally, the research and analysis work done is summarized, and the further work is prospected.
